Parking is not enough for the hotel guests.

The hotel was a 2-renovated 2-storey houses, in a residential area, by the main road and close to the shophouses. It is a less busy area. Parking are available in the porch of the place, although limited, but convenient if you get it. The place was very clean, minimal but functional. Bathroom was spacious so as the quad room, with window towards the porch. Key access at the main entrance make it feel secure. This place is a value for money if you don't plan stay in the hotel long, or just come back to freshen up or sleep.

The quad room has only one small table and one night stand by the bed, only 1 toilet roll provided in the room, not even for the bathroom. Cupboards with very few hangers.

breakfast not so good some more some are salty.first staff at the restaurant, bump into my chair and not apologise at all.second staff at the restaurant accidentally fall the spoon and fork into my hand and then also not apologise. very weird attitude . i hope you can improve the services.

I love the environment, all clean n neat.

The first room they given us is quite problematic, no use of the key card, door and electricity can be opened without using keycard, , room 275 i guess, we requested to change room after that, wrry on our safety and privacy. Room changed, and all good again.

The hotel is good and the front office is very good and excellent.. Bravo to them

Dear manager, I'm really disappointed with you.. been a few times and my favourite place to come here.. but you did a new policy which is not beneficial to your loyal customer.. sorry I might be harsh but you still maintain your new policy, you might lose a lot of guests in future..

Please repair your sauna room. Bathroom bit smelly when we opened the door for the first time.

The room and facilities. Easy access and the room and toilet size is great. Also the view of Lost World of Tambun Theme Park from my apartment is just perfect...

Spacious room. Good location.

During breakfast, there is an outside area. People smoking during breakfast time at the cafe is the thing i hate the most. Looks like you are having breakfast at street cafe but not in the hotel cafe.

The superior room was really spacious for 2 adults & 2 kids. The staffs were friendly & helpful. The room & toilet were clean. The pools were really big.

I booked two rooms. The superior was exceptionally great meanwhile the other room got water leaking. Couldn't understand why they didn't checked first before giving the room to guests.

The hotel manager is very accommodating and friendly. I believe his name was Izzat.

We asked for a couple of bowls at night. Due to the kitchen being closed, they could not accommodate.
