Property was very nice, well upkeep, wonderful staffs. Fresh smell of herbs and alot of amenities. I contacted the staff via Line to help me book a taxi for 4am for Challenge Taiwan raceday and also 6am for the day after to go to Taitung train station. Even though i contacted very late 10-11pm (my fault) they help me right away, letting me know taxi price and taxi plate numbers. Also i brought my bike and needed a small screw driver, even though the reception didn’t have it, he said he would look for it and bring to my room later. To my surprise he did bring it even though i, again, asked quite late. You are wonderful! Thank you very much! My stay in Taitung was beyond expectation! Room is clean and roomy, also the hot and cold water dispenser was a big plus

The building of the hotel is beautiful and tastefully decorated, everything is clean and polished, the rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable, the furniture is stunning and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast is good, vegetable salad, strips of meat, an egg and fruit for dessert. Free snacks and drinks in the hotel, including in the rooms, the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. We took one night and regretted not taking at least another night. In short, highly recommended.

Not enough hangers for clothing. Could have a bigger mirror on the table. Breakfast spread was a bit too little (just 4 hot items +1plain congee and some side dishes) Shoe changing area can be brighter especially at night.

a clean, spacious beautifully designed hotel that incorporates elements of Japanese design. Large windows with a large patio off our 3rd floor room. The staff were friendly and helpful we could communicate in English and they were patient with our limited Chinese. The location is a 15 minute walk from the train station where we rented bicycles with larger frames than the bicycles available at the Grange.

They didn’t have bicycles to fit my 193 cm frame.
