this is more of resort than hotel. so you got everything you need here. pool was nice, but sometime it get little too crowded. you could order food and drink from pool area. Room is large and bathroom is big. bed was comfortable. cleaning lady did a good job cleaning the room everyday. they constantly clean the whole place. all the hotel area was very clean. There are dozen of nightclubs few blocks away. almost all the room has parking spot outside their room.

Hotel area is not ideal for tourist without car. there is nothing much around hotel area. there are few restaurants and one big supermarket close by, but you need taxi to go anywhere from this hotel.

The location was good, which is not easy to accomplish in Cúcuta...my wife lives in Puerto Santander so we frequently stay in Cúcuta. Everything was wonderful, as long as you know what to expect, since Cúcuta doesn't anything remotely close to a 5 star resort, or any type of resort, haha, but this hotel was clean, comfortable, friendly, with a some old world romantic ambiance...hot water, a/c in the room, clean pool, clean facilities.

The breakfast was only above average, which was the only less-than-great aspect of this hotel. Staff was fantastic but buffet selections for the included breakfast was a little slim. However, you could also get table serving with more options. And there's bar service at the pool.

The best thing about this property is the staff. Francisco, Marisabel, Sergio, Maritza, Guillermo e Isabel are the best. the restaurant is very good, we had lunch and few dinners and enjoyed all the meals very much. breakfast is good, but it could be better. the swimming pool area is so nice, the drinks are good, the common areas are clean always. this hotel is very relaxing. the room was confortable.

didn’t like the fact that our room didn’t have a hair dryer, I requested one and I was able to use it only one day. they came and took it from my room Because another room needed it. a hotel like this needs to have a hair dryer in every room, that is standard. also we didn’t have an iron in our room, so I had to request one. The rooms should have a small coffee maker and microwave as well. these small improvements would make this hotel excellent. it has so much potential, but should include these amenities to compete with the new hotels in the city. we stayed in a Junior suite, but didn’t have enough closet / drawers to organize our clothes.

Very good, convenient location, with access to public transportation, close to shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The pool is well-kept, ideal for the usual hot, sunny weather in Cucuta. The staff's courtesy, friendliness and professional attitude are just remarkable, they try as much as possible to assist customers and to accommodate to their needs.

The surrounding area doesn't look very safe, especially at night.

Good pool. Comfortable bed. The hotel has a decent option for food and drink.

Pool was overcrowded. Because hotel sell ticket to non guest to use pool. You need car or need to use taxi all the time as there is nothing much around the hotel.

EVERYTHING IS PERFECT FOR AN EASY STAY WITH YOUR CAR PARKING IN FRONT OF YOUR ROOM. 2 GOOD POOLS AND AMZING GARDENS. IT IS PET FRIENDLY AND BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD

THEY HAVE JUST REDUCED BREAKFAST TIME FROM 10AM TO 9:30 AM, THAT IS A NEGATIVE DECISSION AND SOMETIMES TGE COOK IS TO BUSY

Room was big. Pool was.nice. place is well maintained. Check in and check out was quick. They have decent breakfast. Staff was friendly. Area is next to police headquarter. So area is very safe.

Location is very remote. There is nothing much around this area. You need taxi to go anywhere. Sometime it is.hard to get a taxi from hotel.

It is a clean, safe, family friendly place to stay. The staff was very kind, for example, they gave me a "traveller breakfast" because my check out time was before the opening time of the buffet.

The restaurant is expensive for the quality. There is always noise around the swimming pool.
