I had to travel earlier than the breakfast service was available. However, the staff was very kind and went out of their way to find a solution for us, providing an alternative that met our needs. The room was pretty nice and we enjoyed our instance there. The room was lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The only thing I could criticize about the facilities is that some areas do not have air conditioning. With the high temperatures in the city, you feel the heat when you step out of your room, and it is particularly noticeable in the elevator, especially if you take it with several people. For the rest everything was excellent

Since the moment we walked in we were greeted by the staff, they even opened our doors from the taxi at arrival and they didn't even let us carry anything for one split second. The reception team was awesome, very straight forward as well as comprehensive with all of our demands. Restaurant staff very well trained and educated. Even the lifeguard from the swimming pool was outstanding. The Spa team was also very nice as well as educated to a different level, very good! I will definitely come back again to this hotel as they met our expectations, above and beyond.

The bathrooms for some reason, sometimes had an awkward smell, like sewer type, but apparently seems to be normal because of backed up pipes in the city.

Location, size of the hotel. Feels like a quality hotel. Spacious. The personnel was kind except for one woman in the check in.

In the first stay everything was fine. Try to upgrade the room but they did not want to honor the booking. com price saying it was different than the one they had. I told them I would pay the booking.com price but they did not settle so I stayed with the same room. In my second stay, which was a one-day stay they gave us a different room than the one we separated. Because of a policy that I did not know of that we had to pay before 2 pm that day. Our flight from Medellin arrived at night. They gave us another room which was not up to the standards of the one booked. We stayed anyway because it was only a one-night stay.

Breakfast, and the area close to the Ventura Mall. Room was good. Bathroom too small.

As I said in a previous review they changed our room to one that was of less quality and space. Because of a payment rule they sent via email and I was not able to open. Since our flight from Medellin arrived at night they told us they have cancelled the reservation because of no payment before 2 pm. They also said the room was occupied. Room was a 2 bedroom room one with 2 beds and another one with one bed. My friend stayed at the 2 bed room. We stayed because it was one night and we had no other options at 9 pm. They should sent whatsapp message before cancelling.

I liked how respectful and polite all the personnel is. The hotel's location is superb. Good breakfast and restaurant.

Honestly speaking, I liked most of it.

The room was very nicely laid out and comfortable. The jacuzzi was a hit. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The variety of breakfast was a hit or miss.

It is an amazing hotel on the best possible location. Vendura mall is on walk distance and there you can find everything you can possibly need. The personal is very helpful and friendly. They also know exactly who is registered and who is not.

Sometimes it could be a little loud, especially if people were loud at the pool.

Location and that the staff are bilingual, breakfast was good, pool and sauna was good. Like that they made some improvements, it was under construction for a remodeling. Hotel are definitely staying up to date. Rooms are cleaned everyday

Very clean hotel and with friendly staff. They made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. During my stay there for one week they accommodated all my needs and requests with a smile on their face.
