The hotel is newly refurbished. The room was very comfortable and a reasonable size. The staff were all excellent, smartly dressed and very professional. There were very few additional guests so the hotel was very quiet for sleeping.

Breakfast. There isn't enough choice. No cereals or pastries on offer. Just one bottle of orange juice that wasn't refilled when empty. The coffee machine makes very weak coffee. Complaints I saw being made about this made no difference. I dont think the staff know how to fix it. Worst of all is, if you want hot food, you have to cook your own breakfast. One small hotplate for everyone to cook the provided meat and eggs. It was very slow to cook too. Turn the heat up and the smoke sets off the fire alarm. Crazy!

Nice little hotel off the highway. Beds were comfortable, showers were clean and large. Overall a good place for a stopover (not long term). They built the hotel with a western style in mind with central heat and air and a thermostat in each room. It was also super close to Montbeliard city center, which is a hidden gem for Christmas Markets.

The room itself is TINY. Enough space for a bed and to walk along the wall. If you open your suitcase, you can't walk anywhere.

Everything except the reception. There were many issues in the reception, first they wanted me to pay an extra 13€, but I showed them the payment details. Second, the key didn’t work from the first time until they configured it again. Third, they didn’t confirm our arrival, so Booking sent me that they will make me pay again because I didn’t show up.

We stayed the night in this hotel on our way back home. And it was a very good choice. The room was very clean! The bed linen and towels all were shiny white and new. It was nice and quiet so we had a wonderful sleep. Staff is also very friendly)

It would be really perfect if there would be a kettle and the trash can in the room. Those are the only things I really missed.

The hotel itself is nice and gives nice feeling, very friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere was nice and the children enjoyed with the traditional displays and the chess set :) The beds were really comfortable.

Cleanliness, the beds were nice and clean, but the bathroom and floors could have been better cleaned.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was simple but it had local/region made charcuterie and cheeses. Close to the highway and to the big E Leclerc mall. Really price worthy!

Absolutely not critical but think of a small room for two however like any small room of a hotel along the road

Spiders and cobwebs at entrance to the building. The other thing were well.

all was perfect: clean , the bed was ultra comfortable, impeccable. The breakfast was extraordinary with many specialities of the region. Wonderful cuts and cheeses

Easy to access, new, modern hotel. Ideal for short time staying, transit. The breakfast rich and taste. Fantastic value for the money. Tha best bed during our four-stop trip.
