The room was clean and adequate, if a little basic - fine for one night in transit to our end destination. It was a fairly short walk (10 mins) into the main centre of Belfort. The car park around the back was useful.

We specifically asked for twin beds but arrived and had two double bed rooms. We noticed the bed base was two singles with a double mattress zipped together, which we unzipped. We went to reception and asked for single duvets, which were delivered to the room by the time we got back later in the evening.

The bedroom was spacious and clean with some storage space. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with free toiletries and towels provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, as the hotel is about 10/15 minutes' walk from the railway station and the city centre. The breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of sweet and savoury items. There is also luggage storage. There is a hypermarket (E. Leclerc) about 10/15 minutes' walk away where there is a big supermarket and a very good self-service restaurant. Highly recommended.

Proximity to A36 Staff at Reception who were very efficient and had a good attitude towards the guests

We didn’t encounter this on this visit but the hotel does book large coach parties - if you arrive at the same time it can be extremely busy in reception and at breakfast- a coach did arrive after we had checked in

Location was convenient, near main road and the Belfort city was also nice for a short walk. Room was quite spacious, quiet, the bathroom was clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was okey, but could be more various.

Easy to find and close enough to town. We enjoyed the walk among the river back. Room was clean and spacious enough. The indoor car park was nice for the motorbike.

We were made to feel really at home during our two week stay. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. The rooms and beds were very comfortable.

Location is fairly east to access, but is a bit of a walk into the town centre, 10-15 min.

Extremely helpful and kind staff. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Wifi was working well. Parking was free. The location is also quite good (10 min. walk from the centre/railway station), there are shops, petrol station and a hypermarket nearby. There was a well-working heating. The room was 'basic' (no-frill), but this is what you pay for. BUT ABOVE ALL CHAPEAU TO THE RECEPTIONISTS OF THIS HOTEL. THEY ARE THE ALL-PROBELM SOLVING PEOPLE. In spite of some problems, we would come back (and it was our 5. or 6. stay here anyway).

There were some problems on arrival with the toilet flush, but the receptionist solved the problem. The TV simply froze, but the receptionist solved the problem. No space for your toiletry in the bathroom (but not something you cannot solve otherwise). Basically not much to beef about for the price at which you get the room.

There was only one plug socket in our Superior room. I’m sure we had more when we previously stayed in a regular room with you.
