The beds were big and comfortable. The view from the apartment was beautiful. The people at the hotel were very nice and helpful. The rooms were well decorated and the living room was very comfortable.

Parts of the building were still under construction, so the entrance and the stairs were quite dirty. The floors in the apartment were very loud, making it difficult to walk around while people were asleep. We found it also quite expensive, considering the apartment wasn’t in the same building as the hotel.

It is an exceptional hotel in a superb location, with a room boasting a stunning city view, creating a cosy and distinctive atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, fully equipped, and feature a wonderfully comfortable bed. Complimentary bottled water is provided in the room. Very well-functioning Wi-Fi. The bathroom is well-appointed, showcasing a large towel, good-quality toiletries, and a warm ambience. The coffee served is truly outstanding. The staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful, always ready to assist. The personnel is truly what sets this hotel apart! Undoubtedly, it is the best location in the city.

Great location. Clean and nice looking room. No air conditioner which was Ok but could be hot in summer. One tip is to ask for a (table) fan early as limited supply. Having an elevator was a bonus. The restaurant was not open on the Sunday we were there. In fact, it seemed to be that only a limited number of restaurants were open in Belfort on Sundays so, suggest you book ahead if possible. However, we were able to get lunch at the hotel (very nice!) and there was a very nice open area out in the front of the hotel where we could have evening drinks, and tea/coffee. We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. can recommend a stay here

Lovely large apartment, spotless. Recently refurbished to a nice standard. Right on the main square of the town. Views from apartment windows was amazing. If travelled to the area again would definitely stay here again.

Only negative was there was an air conditioning panel but no actual air conditioning.

The breakfast was traditional French, so it started a little late for me. The selection was good and the quality was excellent. The hotel is typical of locally owned properties in Europe. It has local flair, as such, the rooms are a bit smaller than a chain hotel. it was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. The location and view from my room was excellent!

Not air conditioned. Wasn’t a problem for this trip, but in summer could be.

VERY LARGE flat, with a view on the old town, Castle and Lion. Charm of an historic building (wooden floor, chiminea...) with a modern design touch. Great choice to stay in Belfort.

Everything really (due to road works - no traffic - our room was probably even quieter than usual). We were lucky and found a Parking close by but that would be an issue next time.

Internet is not as expected in the 21st century - Login required every few minutes. Mostly not more than one device at a time is usable. Working was not possible.

Lady didn't speak any English, kind of special but we finally understood everything, bad internet, practically there was no internet

Everything was great , great location. The restaurant seemed very popular, we only had a salad and it was very good.

Cleaner woke us ip twice. We were in bed , knocked and she was already in the room. I think she was trying to say to us that we should have put a note outside the door to let her know if to come in or not. Never had this problem in other hotels in France. We were there for a wedding so wanting to sleep in.

Just a one night stay Good location for the old town.the bed and bathroom were clean but the carpets were ready for cleaning or replacing.
