The building used to be part of the Campanille group, therefore the rooms are reasonably spacious, with a bathtub. We were on the ground floor, and therefore able to park directly outside our room door The reception is in a separate building. There is a microwave oven available for guests to use The buffet breakfast had an extensive range, including eggs boiled to your liking. The hotel is in easy walking distance of an Auchan supermarket and fuel station. It is ideally placed for access to Switzerland"s Jura province, Bern and Interlaken, or as a stopping place when driving to Italy.

The receptionist Miss Kaur she was helpful and kind. We also liked being able to have a drink when we wanted without extra expense. There is also a microwave for guests use and a top for food prep.

Some shampoo in the bathroom would have been nice.

Easy to find from the highway, fair price for what you get. The bed was comfortable and the room warm. You can have a good rest over night here.

I would have paid the breakfast if you had more variety. The coffee was not good at all.

I.a.w. Booking.com, the hotel provides a late arrival option; from 02:00pm without any indication of an end time says normally: open 24/24 (the hotel’s website states however that the reception is occupied between 05:00pm and 09:00pm …). Fortunately, we asked in advance for a confirmation of our late arrival which was very, very important to us, as we couldn’t organize our arrival before midnight. Unfortunately it couldn’t be validated by the hotel as finally it didn’t provide a late arrival option. NEVERTHELESS and this is the real good thing, the staff obviously likes to serve its customers/guests and a late arrival was organized especially for us. For security reasons, we don’t say how it was done, but we arrived finally at 02:00am and … we’d a chamber prepared for us. We really appreciated this service, so, even in hurry and initially not planned, we took in addition the breakfast next morning, which was okay. This hotel showed something to us, which seemed a little bit lost since Corona: CustomerService in order to get (entire) CustomerSatisfaction. We were very, very happy to experience this again. We were so happy, that we tried on our trip back to get the same hotel, but unfortunately (for us) it was the victim of its success: It was fully booked.

The location is industrial but it isn’t meant to be the final destination but a stop and it is perfect for the purpose

Perfect place to overnight. Considerable price, clean and warm rooms, good breakfast. Easy check in. Nice and helpful lady at reception.

The price, easy to park in front, close to supermarket, nice room with all necessary amendments. It's good they say the are renovating so you understand that some things look supernew and some a bit old....

The door it's uncomfortable to lock and open, the rooms looks like a bit exposed to outside, at night some ranfom cars enter in the parking. But

We arrived very late after opening hours of reception. It was easy to reach someone who explained how to find the key and what to do in the next morning when we would leave very early.

Good location - close to the highway. Unfortunately, beds are not very comfortable - the mattresses are very soft.
