Location is great. Nice and central. Easy access to cycle paths and the local tourist attractions. Many restaurants close by. Close to a main access road but still nice and quiet.
The hotel refused to give me a bed and breakfast rate and insisted that accommodation and breakfast had to be billed separately. This seems like such a trivial item. Bed and breakfast rates are standard for hotels. I don't understand why they refused to give me a bed and breakfast rate. I did not request any discount, just that the rate be combined.

Staff. Location (close to station). Generally pleasant.
Only minor things - usb points would be good or at least better charging options by the bed, shower screen too narrow to keep all the water off the floor. One of the 'milks' curdled in the cup.

The receptionist was very helpful and smiling. The location was close to the centre and restaurants. I liked Belfort town.

Very bad wifi connection, garage always open with the possibility for anyone to access the lift and therefore directly to the rooms, corridor not illuminated, absence of at least one motion sensor
