The property with heritage feel, Staffs ,so humble and always ready to serve even at midnight,hassle free check in and Breakfast was awesome .Restaurants serves quality food that can meet any 5 start hotel like.They were so cordial,it will be less to write about the hospitality,They are the best & I liked pool side restaurant too.So big property and specious rooms with heritage look.Fantastic experience.I strogly recommend who ever visiting Salem to go for this property.IT IS UNIQUE.

Nothing to say about disliking they are just awesome and flawless in every parameter.

It's clean, spacious, well maintained, good and polite staff; I checked in late night still the staff were helpful. Overall it was good experience with Winsor Castle. I will certainly stay if I make a visit to Salem next time

Food was good. We had bed and breakfast offer. The breakfast menu was good and both quality and quantity was excellent.

This hotel is a heritage site. From inside, it has a spooky Victorian vibe, which I personally found quite interesting. The room was very spacious and so was the bathroom. PS: This hotel can be used as a movie set for a horror film. It's that good.

The staff was not at all cordial and looked mechanical. There was no one to guide us to our room. We struggled for a while to locate it, and the manager didn't give two hoots about it.

Amenities like swimming pool and bar were nice. Nicely done up a heritage property with modern facilities. Vintage decor gives it an old world charm.

Excellent staffs . comfortable rooms.neat and clean .

Mosquito issues are there.offcourse they provided mosquito repellent .( May be our fault by not noticing)
