My only complaint is about the restaurant in the hotel. For two nights, we ordered our meal. Mine arrived very fast and my husband's meal delayed for another 50 minutes to come. This is really unusual! We went out to dine together and not separated.

Great view, great location, the bed was SUPER comfy! Swimming pool jacuzzi and sauna where excellent as week. Oh and the breakfast! The breakfast was amazing! A lot of variety and delicious food.

Was a just a little bit noisy as of course there’s a port right beside it but when I say noisy is was not suuuper terrible but, could hear the trucks from time to time which it is to expect.

I checked in after 12 midnight because I wanted to get off the road. It was a last minute booking for myself and my dog. So this was the overnight staff. I was exhausted, and grumpy. The staff were so helpful, it’s not usual to have a dog in a hotel like this. The staff were multi lingual and super professional. Room was nice.

Mini bat - I was so hungry and would have liked a coffee in the morning but the were no capsules.

Staff was cooperative with good English. Fitness center was good.

If possible to open swimming pool early morning (06:00 AM) , So can use before work. The Wi-Fi has poor weak signal. The breakfast was the same each day , no change , no variety.

Breakfast good with a lot of variety . The staff speaks very good English. Every thing is clean & new.

Compare to Mercure at Jaraguá do Sul here is paradise.

No iron in the room.

Front desk staff was accommodating and breakfast servers were very gracious and friendly each morning.

I was expecting a regular, tired, business hotel and got a spacious modern place with great views, good food, excellent room service and even some interesting local craft beers. Thoroughly recommended.

The fact that I left my passport and cash in the room safe and only discovered this when I got to the airport!

It's a very nice hotel, well located, clean, modern and with a great staff.

I think breakfast could be a little bit improved.
