Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Quiet area. Large property featuring lots of greenspace. Plenty of outdoor seating. Bring a frisbee! Wi-Fi signal was excellent. Flat screen tv offered plenty of viewing options.

No bar or food services. LCBO is across the street and take-out menus were in room. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker in room. Tim Hortons within walking distance. Grocery store nearby.

It was clean. Easy to find. Large room. They allowed us to use the dining room, pool tables and a kitchen area to eat as a group.

They advertised breakfast on weekends, but there wasn’t one. The mgmt did quickly provide Tim Hortons gift cards.

Nice room and well-kept facilities. Responsive to requests as well.

We needed at least 8 more electrical outlets to charge up our phones, cameras and laptop. And the internet did not work at all. It took forever to connect to the point it was no longer viable at all to use.

I didn’t have breakfast. The room was quiet, which I asked for, but running the fan was incredibly noisy.

I am not used to an open closet. Even a small one would have been sufficient to hang up clothes instead of keeping them in my suitcase. There was no hairdryer.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I asked to switch rooms. Everything was very clean. Ice machine worked. Very secure. Quiet location. Lobby was comfortable to use wifi in.

Wifi didn't really work in room, had to put chair near door to try to use or go out to lobby. It is called a hotel but is definitely a motel.

Lovely motel for a weekend getaway from the city. Friendly and helpful staff with clean rooms. The continental breakfast was good. Definitely will consider another visit.

most important was that the location was where I needed it to be. The room was clean and breakfast was good also. Staff was exemplary, couldn't ask for better treatment from staff.

Upgraded to a spacious double roomed room. Quiet and clean.

Bath was a little small and the water could of been a bit hotter. No breakfast.

The accommodations were great! My daughters ball team has a tournament in Palmerston. The rooms were clean and huge. A great gathering place for the kids and adults. We appreciated being able to pull out our BBQ and make food for the kids in between the games. The staff was very accommodating. A great stay overall!

Bed was incredibly comfortable. Very quiet stay. Lots of green space outside. Breakfast had more options available than we expected. Very nice staff. Everything was very clean.
