This was the most spacious and comfortable hotel room that we have stayed in for a while. There was lots of room to store our toiletries in the bathroom, which is a rare find in hotels these days. We had been unexpectedly given a large fruit tray at a meeting in another location, and Paula at the front desk stored it in the staff fridge for us, which we really appreciated. A question I had before travelling was answered promptly. We would stay here again.

As is often the case, the breakfast didn't include many options for vegans - for instance, there was no non-dairy milk for cereal.

Amazing location, very friendly staff, food in the bar was really good and complimentary breakfast was amazing! The room was very clean and comfortable, and a good-sized bed. Loved having the little kitchen area. The bathroom was awesome. I loved that the hairdryer wasn't attached to the wall and that there was a small night light in the bathroom, so you didn't need to put a light on at night.

The pillows definitely need to be better they were very thin and unsupportive. Although it's not necessary, it would be nice to have a hot tub in the pool area.

The location was ideal for my needs and facilities were clean.

A little disappointed at paper plates and wooden cutlery to eat with at breakfast. At $200 /night, real plates would be nice, not something I'd get at a fast food takeout place. When I booked online, the description of the room indicated a kitchenette but this was not the case. To be fair, I don't know if I didn't notice a change in description when I actually selected a room to book or if it had something to do with the third party site where the hotel was booked through.

The room was perfect and spacious. Very clean. The free breakfast was very good with a good vriety of options. The exercise room and pool area are well equipped and clean. Dinner and drinks at Das Bar in the hotel was excellent. Our server was so welcoming and mixed great cocktails. Our dinners with both very tasty. We were very impressed with Das Bar. Ample fee parking is also available. Very close to the theatre and market.

Big room, clean, staff is amazing. Breakfast changes everyday.

Maybe it was due to a hockey team being present, but when I got there for breakfast, there were single-use dishes, and many items weren't available (like no fruits). The next morning, they had real dishes and fruits. Coffee machine had lot of dust and residue inside. Didn't risk using it.

The breakfast was absolutely fine. It wasn't the best breakfast we have had but could not complain for the price we paid. The bed was extremely comfortable with quality bedding, pillows and mattress. Bathroom was very good with larage walk in shower. Immaculately clean housekeeping.

There wasn't a safety deposit box in the room to keep money and passports in etc.

the bathroom could have better and higher toilets and grab bars to make it easier to get up. I am a retired contractor and I find it hard to believe that when a hotel is being built new or refurbished that they would skimp on one of the most important things to seniors and people with mobility issues .

Great value for your money. The room was large and very clean. The bathroom was also a good size, plenty of counter space with a large shower. We would definitely recommend and would return if in the area again.

If there was any negative it would be that the breakfast hot choices were luke warm. But there was plenty of choices and it was free. So overall it was good.

This hotel is stunning, well maintained with wonderful friendly staff, from the Smiles you see walking in the door, to the girls who clean the rooms and the staff that works quickly and efficiently to serve up an amazing Breakfast, served on china plates with real silverware. This hotel is located in a very great location.

The room was excellent and of a great size. The design of the room was also very good. Location is fine - though a little out from downtown Waterloo - nevertheless not too far. Very close to the St. Jacobs farmers market. Overall a good experience

Breakfast could have been better and the ellderly lady manning the management of the breakfast was quite rude and abrasive. A big issue seen and probably across most hotels in Canada is the lack of hot milk during breakfast and in this hotel in particular no access to a microwave to heat your milk. For doing so, you need to get to the reception. For a Hilton property I found this rather ridiculous
