The location is great. Easily accessible by car. Short drive to the university. Amenities nearby. We stayed in a basement room. The room was clean. The common area was tidy and well-maintained. There were all the appliances needed for a stay-in. The backyard with a deck is nice to laid-back and enjoy the afternoon sun. Check-in and check-out process is simple. Visit the nearby St Jacobs Farmer's Market (Thur & Sat 8:00-15:00). The restaurants in the area also worth exploring.

The location was very nice with a quiet neighbourhood and close to the Boardwalk mall with lots of bus routes available. All the necessary facilities were available with everything in working order. House was maintained nicely with no issues.

The only issue I had was when I was using the laundry facilities. There was a washing machine and a dryer available in the basement, which the housekeeping staff used as well. I had a rather long stay and had to do some laundry, and some of the white fabrics ended up with a slight brown smudge. Not sure if it was from the washer or the dryer.

Though they have no receptionist, the staff respond promptly to every bit of your mail to them.

Going down to use the comfort room, especially at night. Secondly, there are no restaurants close by.

Close enough to ride your bike to mtb at Hydrocut Waterloo mtb park. The Boardwalk Store Plaza across the street has a lot of stores and restaurants to choose from. Not far from Costco. A few minor points away from a 10. The location exceeded my expectations.

I upgraded the dishcloth and tea towels from the dollar store for future use. I also left dishwasher soap behind. Forks, knives, and spoons were low quality but might be due to loss.

The house was very clean -- washrooms, kitchen, bedroom -- all were clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We didn't have a chance to cook anything, so I cannot comment on the kitchen, but aside from that, everything was wonderful. Location-wise, it is very convenient -- very close to grocery stores and restaurants.

The space is gorgeous! Awesome kitchen and a very comfy sofa. The location is perfect and the autonomy was great! It was beautiful and clean and we had a great time there.

During the week there were hammer and drill sounds all afternoon because the unit below was passing through a renovation. Sometimes it was too loud.

Clean and comfortable, easy check in and check out. Very affordable and fairly close driving to central Waterloo. Staff communication was very good as well

Shared bathroom and shared spaces with a number of guests is always a little odd. Was advertised in the booking so not a surprise but still awkward.

The staff were very responsive in solving issues

The AC was controlled with another unit and we did not have access to adjust the temperature

It was peaceful home, good people, every utensil was easily available, dishwasher and laundry ease to use, daily cleaning of the house, free parking.

What breakfast?

It is my first time staying and I was little stressed finding the room in the basement. Should be marked on the locked door at the bottom of the stairs
