Beautiful short-stay condo with great views and decent amenities in a very convenient location in Waterloo city centre. The area is well supplied with restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops, almost right out the door. The ion light rail stops a block away so makes it easy to get to many destinations without a car. The building has a decent gym with dumbbells to 50 lbs.

Only issues were minor - the pool seemed inaccessible and a bathroom vanity build was intermittent.

Location was perfect. Off a main quiet street making getting around on public transit or uber very easy. Shops and coffee spots were a short walk away. There was everything we needed for our stay. Especially thankful for all the appropriate kitchen cutlery and appliances.

We requested for physical key cards as we were travelling from abroad and unsure of internet access upon arrival. It took a bit of time to access our apartment. Especially thankful for Varun who went the extra mile to ensure we could have access inspite of the late hour. It would be good if guests could also access their apartments easily and quickly without the use of a digital key.

Very clean accommodation. Wonderful staff. The location in Waterloo is excellent for however you choose to get around(walk,drive,city transit) one thing I noticed was the friendliness of neighbors.

Upon checking out , it was noted that building employees (security?) Were unprofessional in dealing with our clearly awkward, difficult move. We were struggling with luggage and a baby.At no time did we receive offers of help from this building staff security(?) Who just observed.

Great location and generous apartment; good appliances (washer and dryer). Once we were in and settled we enjoyed staying and would come back again.

There was an issue on arrival; a miscommunication between owners and Booking.com booking - with small children it was frustrating to have to undertake administration before being allowed in. Not clear the swimming pool was seasonal. Not clear on car parking costings. Frustrating that the two apartments we had booked were not together (3 floors apart).

I had expected to get a large room but instead got a very spacious two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms an expansive kitchen, dining area and lounge. Apart from the fantastic panoramic window there was also two spacious balconies. I also had underground parking which was very accessible. I did not actually meet any staff but any WhatsApp enquiries were answered very quickly, efficiently and politely. The location was perfect, in a very nice area but close to shops and restaurants.

The unit is good and clean. Close to some restaurant centre and public transportation. Tower is clean and the room is large. The staff is very helpful

No mineral water provided. The kettle is smelly. There are some noises inside the unit, maybe from fan? Not quite sure how to use the air conditioner. I tried to set the temperature to 26c but it will auto drop to 19/22 c. But overall the temperature is ok if i wear more

The unit was very spacious and was fully furnished, including the kitchen and bathroom toiletries. The location was excellent and very convenient for transit and shopping and access to meals during my stay.

More specific instructions would have been very helpful in advance of my arrival. A resident initially let me inside as the front door is FOB controlled and there was absolutely no signage for guests to figure out how to get inside.

I liked the home feeling the apartment gave while we were in town for a hockey tournament. The ease of the location was fantastic as we seemed to be 10 minutes from most things to do in Waterloo. There was a clear charm to Waterloo and I really enjoyed exploring the city!

The apartment could have been a little cleaner but overall the location, the roominess, and the value stood out. We would definitely stay again with the laundry room.

Great location right close to King street. Super clean and comfortable. easy to get in and out. Parkign is extra but we were able to find some street parking.

Could have a bit more kitchen supplies... one night there was a party next door which made it tough to sleep, but it was fine the other nights...

Great quality for the price, the apartment contained everything you'd need for a short stay. Perfect location with a great view. Highly recommend.

The entry procedure was a bit confusing. The access point for the door fob could have been better marked at the street door, or at least had some indication that this building had these rental units (although, likely due to it being a residential tower, they want to avoid this)
