The decor and furnishings were great. The condo had everything you needed. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious... Even a walk-in closet. It was clean and the views from the 19th floor were absolutely amazing. Upgrade your room to a city view! It's so worth it. The sunrise and sunsets were awesome. And the view of downtown Kitchener, King Street, and the Google building can't be beat.The security of the building and ease of check-in with the concierge was nice. I love that pets are allowed! To be honest it was one of the best stays I've had in a while. I plan to return because I often need a few days away with my dog on a regular basis. I just hope I can have the exact same unit every time. Because it was perfection. A home away from home.

Nothing worth mentioning.

The property was nice and in a good location, parking was easy to navigate although it was a little tight. The room had most things that we needed in it. The beds were fairly comfortable. Overall was a good spot for the weekend

We had issues a couple of times with the virtual access expiring too soon or not working, we had to message the company to help with that but they were fairly quick to respond. The rooms were small, with beds pushed up against closest to fit so we didn’t have much access to them. The room against the patio was extremely loud at night with the wind coming in through the cracks, I think just a design flaw.

Beautiful apartment with all that you need.

I had some difficulty finding the apartment, as there was no sign or any clear indication at the location. Although the hotel had sent check-in instructions via email, as an international traveler without consistent access to Wi-Fi, retrieving that information proved challenging and ended up costing me extra. Initially, I was quite frustrated. However, once I got inside, the apartment itself turned out to be very cozy and charming, which helped turn my mood around.

The apartment was very clean. Because it was an apartment it had a kitchen so you could make meals. The location was very convenient: just a 20 minute walk to downtown and about 10 minutes from the train station. The balcony was nice to have but it didn't get much natural light. I received a last-minute booking discount of 20% from the property. Full price would have been a bit steep. The owner was very responsive to my texts and kindly extended my check-out time by an hour so I could leave my bag in the room until after the Thanksgiving Day parade. I also received a text that the room was ready earlier than the scheduled check-in time.

The only drawback to the property is that I could sometimes hear people talking in the hallway or a baby crying in another apartment farther down the hall.

Great location. Great communication from The Laundry Room management. Fun and functional space with extra amenities. Loved the shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Comfortable beds. Quiet space. A little different then your conventional hotel stay, but it was a great space and instructions were thorough and helpful. We had a bit of a concern, but management was responsive and more than helpful. Easy drive out to the airport with conveniences on the way.

We were never able to connect with wifi in our booked suite.

Everything was very clean. Kitchenette stuff were all clean and new. Very secure place with concierge. I am definitely returning. The rooms style was modern and the view was great. It is also close to two small supermarkets and many restaurants on kings street. There was a bus stop just around the corner and the central station is a couple of minutes away. I also tried the kitchener train which was 15 min walking distance. The team are very helpful I kept texting them and they always immediately write back

Lots of space, bright and clean. Many amenities in this modern new condo building. Quiet. Pleasant security staff on duty at the front door. Handy downtown location. Bright underground parking (for an extra cost).

Couldn’t figure out how to get hot or even warm water in the shower. More steps to go through with the property managers than when booking regular hotels via Booking.com.

Clean , modern, Kitchen was great.to have as well as laundry .

Still some details and items missing. Window covering in bathroom , few more hooks.or.raxks.for.wet towels, extra blankets, sheets , especially if sofa is used as sleep spot. Some kitchen items , had zero hangars . We asked for extra and didn't know we had to be present to receive extra blanket /comforter for my daughter who was sleeping on sofa. We were out travelling or visiting all day and missed the drop off.

Needed hangers in closets, a regular coffee maker, Larger variety of kitchen utensils, grab bars in the bath tub so old folks can get out, and a non slip bath mat because the tile floors are so slippery when wet. You don't want a lawsuit. We also surprised by the large parking bill for just staying overnight. That would deter us from returning.

Second time staying at this location. two different suites. both were exceptionally clean and the location is great to everything downtown Kitchener. Easy access to Waterloo as well. Ample underground parking.

The only thing I could have asked for differently..... Ice cubes in the freezer. That is it. otherwise everything was exactly what you could want for a stay.
