It is not a new hotel, a bit renovated, but still with quite outdated rooms. The bed was perfectly clean and neat. The bathroom was old-fashioned, but ok. Complimentary water. Parking free of charge. My windows overlooked to forest with trees - wonderful!

Lovely hotel, spacious room, lots of places to sit and relax inside and out. Great breakfast.

Bed really firm. Also, if staying on a Saturday night, be mindful of the noise outside on a warm evening. We had music and shouting until 2am and with an early start was a bit of a pain.

Staff were very helpful & friendly even before we arrived! I had certain requests & got very quick responses which were then followed through for our stay. (Eg. Franco, who also checked us out). Restaurant was pleasant for evening meal. Room had very nice comfy bed & good facilities. Free Parking on site & it’s not far from the motorway. We only stayed one night so did not explore travelling to Lille centre. There was a small gym onsite & they used wooden rather than plastic room keys, so also eco-friendly. Fun games (football & pool tables) around for kids (& adults!)

Nothing to say really. Maybe would have been nice to have a coffee machine (instead of instant coffee), in addition to the kettle in the room.

the electric charging I was lloking forward to. It was one of the reason I selected the hotel because I travel from Holland and need charging. But I could not pay with my token which works perfect everywhere I go international. I tried my Credit card also but that also di not work to charge my car. I have a Travelcard token (perhaps that is good to know) I noticed there was only 1 car connected and you had about 8 spots to charge...so perhaps more electric car travellers have this problem. It is a big USP and a reason to select a hotel if you can charge your car. so something to look at

- very friendly, helpful staff - good location based on our needs - secure parking - ample sized family room - lovely terrace to enjoy good food from restaurant - great coffee!

- some aspects of the room not the best standard (broken safe in closet/poor fixtures in bathroom that looked dated and worn) - no fridge in bedroom

Good business hotel, excellent breakfast; good vibe. Quiet.

Sluggish restaurant service with unexceptional food. King bed was two full size beds pushed together.

Could have been a litle cleaner - around the skirtings in the bathroom etc. Also found a used hand towel under our bedroom curtain - but the cleaner removed it swifty when we told her.

The room was large and comfortable. There is a restaurant on site. The location is also good with plenty of parking spaces and a bus and tram very close

No fridge in the room in the hot weather a fridge would have been nice.

Stylish and comfortable, with free parking and delicious breakfast, it was exactly what we were looking for outside the busy city center of Lille. Great stay!

What made this place was the great staff, all so friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel spaces were well designed, all high quality furnishings and beautifully designed. The room was very nice, great shower and very clean.

Wish we had stayed longer!!
