Location, Food, staff and facilities

The shower little risky, you have to go up the steps to get in the shower, the steps are small and slippery. The first night my foot got stuck in one of the steps since there is not enough space to step on it and there is a gap between the steps so peel the back of my heel. The second night trying to step side ways to avoid peeling my heel again I slipped on the step and felt very hard hitting my hip,shoulder and head with every hard surface on the way. When my girl came to rescue me she also hit my head when opened the door. Incas did better steps back in the days. The rest is fabulous.

Everything else. The pool is a delight, the staff were friendly and accommodating, helpful and hard working. The location is the best in Huachachina for a good night's sleep (once the blasted pool music is eventually turned off!).

The music round the pool. It goes on for 12 hours, is really loud, some of it completely inappropriate with misogynistic rap lyrics, but worse is that it's the same loop every day. For such a lovely and slightly classier hotel than the others in Huachachina it is spoilt by blaring out terrible music all day at a ridiculous volume - completely unnecessary! What's wrong with quiet so you can relax and read or just gentle tunes?

It was actually very quiet which was nice, especially at the pool. Very friendly staff, who let us check in 6h prior to the actual check in time. Room was fine

Shower didn’t work properly, but they let us shower in a different room (which also worked for 50%). Nothing to say about the service though, they also let us shower after our check out on the free room ( at this time the shower was working! )

A great location in front of the oasis, but not in the noisy centre. Geared toward more mature travellers and families as opposed to backpackers and party-goers. The pool area was lovely and staff were helpful and pleasant.

The rooms need some updating. The shower had very little pressure. There was no room cleaning for the 3 days we were there.

Beautiful traditional style hotel in the best location in Huacahina. Our room was simply furnished but gorgeous with pretty crisp white linen and overlooked the lagoon and sand dunes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic but fresh with eggs made to order. Lovely pool area with ample mix of tables, chairs and loungers. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic and the pool and courtyard are lovely but the best thing about the hotel is the receptionist. The room I had booked wasn’t available but she went out of her way to find an alternative that I was happy with and helped me move my luggage. Everything was “not a problem” for her and she did everything with a huge smile.

Nothing I only wish I had stayed longer.

Location, it was pretty good, just in front of the big dunes and oasis. You have a parking lot inside the hotel which is very handy. There is a great pool in the center of the hotel and the breakfast is ok: tea, juice, bread and fried eggs.

This is not related to the hotel itself but the area is pretty touristy so food options close to the hotel are overcharged, the best thing is to bring groceries from outside Huacachina to get fair prices

The hotel charge us in Soles at a higher exchange. The exchar6wsd 1USD=3.77Sol but they charge us at 4sol.

I like the location. Facing the oasis and a short walk to bus drops. Heater in room.

It takes a minute for the hot water to run, but that's common for almost all of the hotels in this area. Just be aware - no elevator.

Great location in Huachachina. Lovely rooms around the pool. Nice breakfast, Helpful staff. Good standard for the price paid

Pool chairs are in fixed positions but are comfortable.
