Ample shaded parking with concierge to carry bags and guide you to your room. Lovely Pool Deck with tables, a bar and food available - the pool is beautiful! Spacious room and bathroom. Security lets you out and takes room keys on early departure. Food and Bev available through the lodge.

I felt a little unsure of where to check in on arrival. We had to double park in the street to visit reception before entry into the parking. Thereafter, it was easy.

Friendly staff, that try to go the extra mile. Clean and comfortable beds and rooms. The food was also very good, freshly prepared and tasty.

There was no complimentary shampoo, and some of the tv channels didn't work well. The wifi was very weak, but useable.

Hey should put visible signs up where the smoking area are. Don't put ashtrays in the open bar area for smokers and when you ask were can you smoke they show you to that area and then a different person hurry to you and then embarrassed a person for smoking in that area. TV remote was not working. Signal very bad in room. No gold water in the rooms.

WiFi was not working the afternoon we arrived. I reported it to the barman. It was still not working that night or the following morning. The bed was too hard.

We had a one night en route to Jhb.so it was great to have a comfortable, clean and safe one-stop stay where we could also get a delicious meal as well as have a large pool and recreation area to unwind. Friendly and hrlpful staff was a bonus.

The staff is very friendly! I loved the fact that they have a bar and restaurant on site. The location is beautiful. Really enjoyed my stay here! Also they work 24hours- which makes it convenient if you arrive late or leave early.

Everything was amazing from check in to check out. The staff are very friendly and everything was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and the pool was lovely on the 33 degree hot day. Thank you so much.

Very convenient for us as we we’re attending a church event just opposite the lodge.

In the room there was no carpet next to the bed and it was very cold. We didn’t have a microwave and mini fridge to warm and keep our food fresh.

The pool area was excellent, staff are next level friendly, proud of their jobs and themselves

There is definitely an issue with the plumbing, on toilet being flushed the basin and shower bubble and make hectic noises.
