Great location for what we wanted to do. E bikes rented from the hotel. Very efficient staff at the front desk. We had a great room with a wonderful view.

So much more could have been better around the swimming pool area, like food & drinks service. At some of the time we wanted to use the pool the bar was closed.

Nice big and very clean room, overlooking Sanremo and the surrounding mountains and the bay. Very close to the water (If you want to go swimming, you have to go to a beach). Free parking at the hotel is excellent.

Hmmm Italian breakfast is a little special, with all the sweets - we know that 😁 - but it would be nice, if the breakfast was actually ready at breakfast-opening-time, and that there was fresh bread every day. No big deal, it is a bit off season, and we did not leave hungry 😁

we didn’t like the breakfast, it’s too poor, no salt food.. we were there one time at 8:00 and one tine at 9:00, for the both there was almost nothing. Moreover, the walls between the rooms are very thin, we can hear the neighbors in their room and the hallways.

Nice room, nice pool, good staff. Nice breakfast buffet.

Parking can be an issue but there is always the parking lot next door. Little bit outside from center of town but bus station is just outside the door.

very good customer service. The price was very good for the value and what I would pay for this hotel. when we were at the pool, they brought us pasties as a treat. As Mediterranean people ourselves we really appreciated it. the room was clean, with all the things needed for travellers and the mattress was fantastic. slept like babies.

there was a confusion with the payment but things like that happen and it did not really make us unhappy as it was not their fault.

Room was spotlessly clean and had air conditioning. Our car broke down while we were there and the staff were incredibly helpful by talking to the garage and giving us updates The breakfast was excellent and varied. (Not all sweet as some reviewers suggest)

Confy Rooms, great breakfast, just one minute walk to the sea and if you don't want walk there is a wonderful swimming pool 😀

Parking spaces within the property are very limited but you can use the nearby shopping mall Parking for free

For the cheaper booked room, we got a room with a terrace and a sea view. The lady and gentleman at the reception were very nice.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was quite simple, just a kind of ham and cheese, no vegetables

Nice location outside of the city center, but well connected by bus. The good thing is that they have free parking, although it was quite crowded on the day we arrived. Rooms clean and spacious, comfy beds. Excellent breakfast. Would stay there again.

The elevator was a bit outdated and had an awkward smell. At the entrance to the hotel you have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

Breakfast had a large selection. Staff were helpful and room was comfortable

The breakfast staff were a little slow in replacing many of the items. We missed out on some of the cakes and pastries
