This beautiful looking hotel was easy to find and has ample parking (although there is additional charge). The staff were really welcoming and our room was large, airy and had a nice balcony with incredible sea view. The hotel is a a renovated 18-19th century villa with plenty of period features and decorations. The restaurant was nice with good service.

Breakfast was a basic buffet style service with everything spread at two ends of the dining room.

Charming family-owned hotel. Our room had very tall ceilings and tall windows opening to a large terrace and to a sea view. There is a nice wellness center that is a very good value (we paid 20 euros for 2 hours). Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Conveniently located to a path that runs for many miles along the sea for running, walking or biking.

At first I had a big room room, it would have been perfect if my dog was not part of the trip. The staff at the recpetion is amazing, very understanding, friendly and speaks so well in english and french. :) I loved the gym, it had everything we need for a couple of days workout. The spa for 20euro, was really great too, the fact that we have to book ensures there are not too many of us, it was perfect. The location was also great for us who loves walking, with dogs. The bed was very confortable, and they properly clean trhe room. I have a special mention about the breakfast staff, soooooo friendly, welcoming, and the fresh Pancake ^_^ what?!! my favorite! Thank you again for accomodate for the terrace for my doggy, thank you for yoour friendly service! You are my favorite place in Sanremo now. Keep the good work

My 3 days stay there was just perfect for me. The hotel was great, but the customers should actually clean after their dogs things in the garden, we have to be responsible owners, and the hotel is great enough to allow dogs, please respect their garden!

This is the 4th time I have stayed at Villa Sylva as an overnight on a regular route. It is consistently the best option of price with guaranteed comfort, 24hr reception, and fairly secure parking. The breakfast is very good, service was very good, rooms clean, stylish and comfortable. Option of the nice cosy spa is a bonus as well.

The parking is only totally secure if you get a space right outside the hotel. If you have to park in the overflow carpark there is a light but no cameras and I noticed broken window glass on the floor which concerned me as I have to leave equipment in my car. A camera in this area would be very beneficial. The room was very warm on arrival which needed the radiator turning off!

Very nice room and facilities. Shower was incredible and very relaxing. €20 per person to use the SPA which I think is very reasonable. Breakfast was also good. Good location to the old train line which has been converted to the cycle path.

No shower caddy meaning you had to put everything on the floor. Everything else was good.

Rooms not soundproof- we could hear the people in the next room and those talking in the car park A little disorganized - the steam room and sauna weren’t switched on even though I told them in advance we would like to use the facilities at 10 which meant that it took a good 30 to 40 minutes before they were hot.

The room was at the end of the corridor and had two bathrooms, a bit strange but nice as well. We liked the big windows and the separate sofa area. Breakfast was excellent, they even had fresh honey from honeycomb and a pancake maker.

The hotel charged Euro 8 per night for parking, this seemed so unnecessary as there was plenty of space to park and the hotel was not located right in the centre. Breakfast offered freshly made cappuccino coffee but we were not sure we were allowed to ask for refills, so didn't in case we got reprimanded. We appreciated the water in the room but when they made up the room the second day they didn't replace the water. The reception said they only provide it for the first day, but he was very kind and did get us some more water.

The whole place was great, large rooms a fantastic sun terraced with great views and comfy seats, staff Very friendly with a great breakfast. Almost forgot to mention the Spa highly recommend this, the small additional cost was money well spent.

Lovely hotel, well maintained and full of period features. Easy access to the old railway line that runs along the coast. A wonderful amenity for morning walks or runs.
