Clean and tidy room in an excellent location. Good quality bedding and towels. Looked like our room had been recently refurbished.

We had 2 large suitcases which we couldn't get up to the room as there was no lift and would have meant climbing 66 steps. We were able to leave our cases in a locked room by the front door which was at our own risk but we couldn't keep the key as it had to be made available to other residents. A bit concerned in the morning as we left at 08:00 and main access door to rooms was open and so too was the door to the street. There was no-one around so we shut all doors as we left.

Very clean, modern, good location, 10 minute walk to train station, coffee, tea, water and creasant at all times in lobby. the staff member I communicated with very accomodating and nice. they sent someone to help with luggage to the 4th floor. I decided to check out day early, and they refunded the money for that, which was very nice.

There is no staff present to check in or check out. No one to greet or help with anything all done via sms, couldnt check in until 3. Which I do not like. The sign not visible from street hard to find, the place is in a residential/office building on top floor, so many flights of stairs no elevator. I am a petite woman solo traveler, with luggage to carry to 4th floor but they sent someone to help but had carry it all the way down after check out

Spacious room, the furniture is white and pleasant. Everything is well taken care of. I slept like a baby, there was hardly any noise from outside. The self check-in with the code worked well and very easy. Airconditioning and WiFi work well. Plenty of closet space to put your clothes. The stairs to the third floor were fine with me, they're well layed out marble stairs. Also, there is an excellent water cooker in the room, and a machine for great coffee in the hallway.

A soap dispenser in the room would have been nice, but this is a minor detail, there are small bottles of soap. The fan in the bathroom makes some noise, it helps to shut the bathroom door. The hotel is located inside of an old building, the shutters are shut to block out the sun, so you can't really view out the window. I left earlier than intended, but this wasn't because I didn't like this hotel, I just didn't like San Remo as a town, too touristy. This hotel is very comfortable.

I liked that it was very central, a stone's throw away from Teatro Ariston and where i needed to be. Plenty of cafes around to have breakfast, and restaurants in the evening.

I didn't like the fact that i only stayed there one night. I wish i stayed more.

I liked everything. Especially the cleanliness of the room. It was also nice to find free cookies, croissants, coffee and tea in the evening and in the morning.

Didn't like going up to the third floor with suitcases without an elevator. True, the owner offered his help with lifting the suitcases. He sent an SMS with an offer.

Clean, efficient locks system, very good location

It is on 4th floor. Very difficult for carrying big luggage.

Great location, extremely comfortable bed and the lovely biscuits were immensely appreciated, thank you.

Kind of noicy over the night as it is very central and also other guests may come late and continue the party little longer but that is the idea probably
