This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Italy. The staff were efficient and friendly and my room was spacious and sparkling. The location was excellent and Quintessenza, the restaurant, has a delicious menu. I am vegan and they accommodated me really well. The hotel also has a connection with a local beach which is lovely with an excellent café.

The location and the facilities was amazing and the breakfast area with magnificent sea views which you can’t beat !

We booked a classic, which was lovely, but advertised as 20m when it is only approx 16 ! Makes a big difference when you have suitcases with you ! So beware ! The bedroom door is only a mere metre away from the bed ! So beware when opening ! The shower is semi circular and extremely small! !

The staff was extremly helpful while helping me to locate my evacuated car and explaining to me the process of recovering it. Thank you very much for that, guys!

One significant inconvenience of this hotel is a complete lack of any parking space even for a short period. So even for loading/unloading your baggage you need to park nearby on a paid slot and ask the hotel staff for help.

The location is absolutely perfect. Within close walking distance to all major sightseeing points. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. There is a nice bar below the hotel.

Since the hotel is in the city center, there are no on-site parking facilities, but they do offer valet parking.

Room is clean, includes everything you need. The location is amazing, straight to the main shopping street and meters away from the beech. The staff are friendly and responsive

It was all good; will definitely stay there if I visit Sanremo again.

Grat location and connection with public transport, Breakfast was amazing.

There is no parking or garage, but there are public parking lots, and kind staff will guide you on how can you use it and pay through an application.

They could not offered breakfast due to remodelation work in the terrace.

Not having breakfast the morning coffe at room was very poor.

Superb location for the city centre shopping and restaurants. The ground floor bar was nice and very popular. Hotel provides a valet service for parking your car which works well, just park in the restricted area near the hotel and hand your keys over at reception. I would return to this hotel.

Breakfast was ok, but I think more could be made of the breakfast area, we couldn’t sit outside due to the pigeons… There was also a small rooftop area that was closed, which was a little disappointing.

I had a lovely room overlooking a garden. It was quiet with a great balconey and a nice desk for my work. This was the best part if the hotel

The receptionist on arrival was not friendly or welcoming. No offer of help with luggage. No friendly greeting. Breakfast room had a roof leak and there were towels on the floor.
