The front desk staff was wonderful. The room was nicely decorated and well air-conditioned. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was great. We enjoyed the balcony. The hotel is so close to the beach and to the shopping area. It was perfect for us.

The breakfast staff was overwhelmed and surly. The food was not tasty. The coffee machine was broken from time to time, and there were no clean knives. The second morning we didn’t even bother to go to breakfast. We did have a lot of condensation drip down from the air conditioner in the ceiling and make the corner of the room wet, but the maintenance man came quickly and fixed it. He was very friendly and accommodating.

Perfect location on the seafront in the old town. The staff were so welcoming and helpful on reception.

The rooms are a bit tired. The air conditioning wasn't very effective but we could open thd windows which was lovely. The breakfast was good but very understaffed and regularly was in need of replenishing, even first thing.

This property offers exceptional facilities and location. What could possibly be any better than waking up to the spectacular views the rooms have to offer (if you book a Seaview room). The room itself was spacious, clean, a very comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Included all the little things one needs for a few nights stay (coffee, tea, bathroom basics) and most importantly for summer decent working air conditioning. Breakfast was great and the staff were delightful. Beach access is right out the front, a short walk to the train station with old town right at your doorstep. Will definitely be back!

The hotel was clean and the bed quite comfortable allthough a bit hard. The breakfast was lovely with a large choice, I had fruit salad each morning, with small croissants and local orange or lemon jam. The bathroom was very comfortable and the shower had a powerful jet and water always hot. People could sit outside under the palmtrees for breakfast while looking at the beach just below the hotel. One could swim at the beach and be back in the hotel to take a shower.

About the room, I had booked a room with a balcony on Booking.com and was given one with no balcony and just a view of the city. My main reason for a room with a balcony was to relax and read and relax in peace. I certainly paid the price at €122 per night with breakfast for a room with balcony.

I lived my room overseeing the sea, perfect location.

The room where dinner was served was lacking any kind of atmosphere, kinda like a cafeteria for large elderly tour groups, but the food was good. Not much of a bar either with no ambiance to hang out. It’s fine for breakfast, but, I would definitely prefer to go off premise for the other meals.

Excellent location, very fresh room. Cleaning taking place daily. Air-conditioning was well-functioning. The breakfast was really good, served in a pleasant and bright room.

Our room was facing a pedestria street which was often busy, and therefore could be a bit noisy at times - however not something we found particularly disturbing.

No fridge in the room, we want to buy some delicatessen to bring back with us, and without fridge its not possible to store them. We asked for check in 10 minutes before 15, and 1st reception women refused- until i didnt ask if 10 mins really making changes on the room availability. Poor breakfast

Coffee machine was too slow, went outside and bought a coffee. Waiter had to deal with some maintenance issue on the coffee/chocolate machine, perhaps it’s worth purchasing a new one, most people were complaining.

My bedroom was on the street side whereby it was extremely noisy, maybe earplugs should have been supplied.

stayed here for only one night, but our room was so clean and the beds were extremely comfortable (especially after a long travel day). the location is also ideal, right on the street with all of the little shops and only 10-15 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the train station. the breakfast was wonderful and had a wide variety of options, we loved it. the staff were also super friendly and helped us whenever we had any questions or requests. and they let us store our luggage in their storage room while waiting for the check in time at our other booking! just a wonderful experience overall and I’ll definitely consider this hotel if I’m back in Menton!
