Our stay at the Hotel Esperia was excellent. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was outstanding. The location is very convenient to walk to every part of the city. The best part of this hotel are the people running it. Front desk clerk, Marta, was delightful, friendly and helpful, and spoke English well. The owner, Davide, was always available to give advice on travelling around San Remo, and restaurant suggestions. He was very personable and friendly, and went out of his way to be sure all our questions were answered. He was present every morning at the breakfast room and his service was absolutely excellent. The hospitality of Davide and his staff made our stay in San Remo memorable and fun. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value and a personal touch while visiting the lovely city of San Remo.

Nothing wrong, everything right

location is superb, in front of the beach with sea views, from a walking distance to the center. We were able to park very close to the hotel. I recommend the usage of the app so you can control from anywhere if you need to extend your parking stay. The price/location/accommodation is great, I recommend it.

maybe a little renovation would bring more valuable, but probably that would also increase the cost. It was missing croissants or French pastries. There's no elevator or ramp to access, you have many stairs and if you have small children and some bags, it's not easy to access.

Friendly and helpfull staff. Good location, restaurants near. Easy to come by using SS1 road.

Location is a bit challenging with parking, we managed to get garage arranged by hotel, which was super good, as otherwise it could have been nightmare to find out parking spots.

They let me check in early as a room was available, which I appreciated. The staff was really friendly. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of options sweet and salty, which is not that easy to find in Italy

Staff are very kind, attentive, and helpful. The location is great coming from the train station, also very close to the beach. The breakfast is also pretty good. The air conditioner works great.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a wide variety and coffee available. They were staffed at the front desk to help whenever needed and were very informative.

I have been in many hotels and in my opinion, I've met here one of the best customer service so far. Staff at reception was very kind since the beginning. He helped us to take luggage into the room without even asking. Hotel is located in very city centre, close to busy street. We were worried about noise during the night. Staff asked us if we want a room with a sea view - loud, or we want peaceful room - however without view on the sea. Of course in places like this it is difficult to have both, we decided to take peaceful room and were VEERY satisfied. Room was very big, everything was very clean and worked as it should be. Even when we opened both windows in the room, we could barely hear noise from the street! Remember - this is hotel located just near the city centre - 3-5 minutes walk! In the room there was AC unit which worked very well. Bed was very comfortable, there was one double bed, instead of two single close to each other like in many other hotels. Wifi worked, however signal in our room wasn't perfect - it was not an issue for us however. Breakfast was also very good. We could have typical Italian breakfast (sweets and caffe) or also we could have bread, ham, cheese. Once again, staff was very kind and we could chat a little during the breakfast. I was in this place with my wife on motorcycle. There were plenty parking spots nearby. Our visit finished in this hotel, however we still wanted to have a few ours walk around the city. We were able to leave our motorcycle pants and helmets without any problems! After we returned, we wanted to change (wear this motorcycle pants and other clothes for a trip to France). Staff let us change in the staff toilet. Unfortunately, I forgot my shirt. Later on I received a message via booking from staff that I left my shirt and they will be waiting with it for me! I highly recommend this place! Great rooms, quiet, great standard, excellent staff!

Everything was absolutely perfect.

Very well located and cosy. Near to the central bus station and all city's attractions. We had a room with the sea view. Good value for money. The staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast excellent! I absolutely recommend this hotel!
