The location is very good. It's a clean and very outdoorsy hotel. Which fits the definition.

This hotel is built to maximize profit. Everything is automated. Minimum staff and maximum automation. This removes the personal/human touch from the experience. Also, you need to cook your own eggs for breakfast. Which is not acceptable to me. It's not a cheap hotel. I'm almost paying 200€ for a night here, so I expect better service.

The location is perfect and it is truly ski right to the door. Very very convenient. The only issue is if you are taking public transit there it is a bit of a walk to where the bus drops you off. However not an issue if you don’t mind a brief walk for about 10 minutes.

No shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The soap is sort of all in one which isn’t amazing but it does the job when you’ve spent the whole day skiing. Walls are a bit thin and it can get noisy at times.

Outstanding spa facilities. It was great to have a steam room, sauna and infrared spa. Very relaxing after six days of riding a motorcycle through Bavaria and Tyrol. Very friendly staff and a great breakfast.

This was our first experience with Explorer Hotel, and we were presently surprised by the quality of the services offered. Great option for an active summer holiday stopover.

We loved the beds, the location, the view, and the breakfast was amazing.

We missed a fridge, and the AC or at least a mosquito net on the window.

The Location is amazing and it’s very well set up for an outdoor holiday both for winter and summer. There is plenty of parking. A short walk to the village and its facilities.

At breakfast it was very busy and not particularly well organised. Difficult to find a table, especially if you have a dog travelling with you as there is only a limited number of tables outside.

Rooms are not automatically cleaned, and there is only one bottle of soap/shampoo and body wash in the bathroom

The hotel is close to nature, excellent starting point for hiking or skiing. Very good breakfast, too.

There is no table in the rooms.
