The location was perfect, and the staff was very responsive anytime we had questions and/or concerns. The free parking was super helpful for our car rental.

The walls were super thin that we could hear the other guests almost every day of our stay. Also, it would be nice if the rooms could have a freezer compartment in their fridge so that we didn't have to ask the staff to store our cold items in their employee freezer.

The room could be a little updated.

The staff was exceptional courteous and efficient and they go out of their way to take care of their customers. Cindy at the front desk was excellent she went out of her way to make sure everything was done efficiently and correctly and made we were completely satisified with the facility, our room and meals and service. I highly recommend this motel

Everything was excellent and extremely clean

Very clean and nice facilities, and it's right next to loads of dining and shopping options (try Abuelos!). Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the airport shuttle was easy to reserve at check-in.

Breakfast is made to order, so plan for extra time if you're catching the airport shuttle.

We liked the location It was convenient to everything we needed walking distance to the mall and driving to the beach was only 19 minutes. The staff was courteous, friendly and polite. We would stay at this Hilton Garden Inn location again. I would recommend this location to friends and family.

I don't have anything that I didn't like.

The hotel experience was wonderful. Someone other than my family key accessed my room. Had we not been in the room they would have access to all of our property and potential harmed us. Requested new keys to feel safe.

It is in the perfect place to go everywhere.

I have no takeaways. If I had any issues or inconvenience the staff was supportive and assisted immediately. There is nothing the team won’t try to do to assist. Some really amazing staff and a beautiful facility!

Facility was very clean, outside pool was very nice, and the location was great!

WiFi was for Hilton members only, with the price I paid for the week I feel like we should have access to the WiFi. The guy who checked me in asked if I was a Hilton member, I said no, he said I kind of figured. The way he said it made me feel like I was being talked down to and judged.

I loved the location, which was next to the mall. A bus was available to take me to get food and to the airport when I checked out on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.

I did not like booking stating NO Cancellation Fee, yet when you attempt, you are referred to the actual hotel,THEN the Hotel advise you to contact Booking.com…in the future I will ONLY CALL THE HOTEL DIRECT
