The residence ticked all the boxes for us. It was good value for money, clean with modern equipment, the unit is self catering with all the essentials.This Gem of a place is located within walking distance to the city centre and close to a local supermarket. The staff were very friendly and they spoke English. I would definitely recommend this place.

The property was in a perfect location for our visit in Cannes. The owner upgraded our stay to the balcony room. There was air conditioning in the room and a large TV. Free parking in a busy area was great. The villa has an outdoor area with BBQ free to use and swing chair. We will come back.

The cleanliness of the surfaces can be improved. We know we are fairly particular about the cleanliness so we did a bit ourselves. This is a small issue compared to all benefits of Kimi Residence.

Great location and specious. Good air conditioning, and communication. They went above and beyond in service, even when I forgot a personal belonging at the location, they were kind enough to send it back! Great service

Big parking space, the room clean and have cooking stuff comfortable , nice stuff, 30 minutes to walk to the center

Area of residence was really nice and lovely to walk to main transport links -- front garden was really enjoyable at end of the day !! -- lady in charge really helped out organising taxi etc !!

There wasn't anything I didn't like

Very good location near the center, free parking, good WiFi, good room, friendly staff. The room looked recently renovated and had a kitchenette with everything I needed.

Probably we got the last room for the disabled persons. The shower drain did not work, so after 1 minute showering I stood in water. The The WiFi constantly broke up.

Good hotel, friendly personal, free private parking

Clean, spacious, nice shower, easier set-up for cooking (recommendation to add a coffe brewer/or instant coffee or add capsules since there was a machine for it).

It would have been great with information on how/what we could use in garden and grill places (which could use some cleaning)
