Nice room it looked exactly the same as photos, modern clean and bright. Parking outside. Close to beach and handy to visit sights of tarquinia and Tuscania in our hire car. Lovely traditional small Italian seaside resort with plenary of bars and restaurants. Good breakfast lots of choice.

Bathroom on the small side but you are not in it for long so can manage.

Location near the beach. Clean nice room with a small bathroom and balcony. Fridge in room. Bed comfortable. But the best was the man at check in. He was attentive and helpful and makes a great Aperol spritz to boot. Breakfast was also included and very good.

Nothing really. Maybe the road to the hotel was VERY bumpy but that’s not really the hotel’s problem.

Room 208 had a small bathroom and there were things not totally clean( bathroom) and shower seriously small and things where broken in there and moldy ….. no breakfast when I payed because had to go early no refund and no alternative have a solution ….

Bad sewer smell in bathroom/shower room during the whole stay. Was there when we arrived, so there's no way they didn't know about it. Wanted to move to a different room, but all rooms were taken.

Big appartment with separate lounge/diner Comfortable bed. Breakfast very good with meat cheese croissants cake and other usual items. Airy breakfast room. Space outside of hotel to lounge around. Owner and staff friendly. Parking outside is free but no hotel parking.

The room we had was an outside appartment. Quite dark inside and lots of brown colours. Furniture a bit dated and room would benefit from redecoration. Bit musty smelling, probably because it was May and had not had much use. Outside areas need some maintenance. No kettle. Kitchen facilities were an extra. Fridge a bit grubby,, needs replacing.

We stayed two nights before a cruise from civitivecchia, hotel was a short drive away in a typical seaside location. Lots of history to visit nearby, Tarquinia and tuscania. Comfy bed and parking outside. Good breakfast with plenty of choice

The hotel was very charming the outside landscaping around the hotel was very nice and lush it also had outside seating and a seasonal outside bar. The breakfast was included

The mattress was a little to firm for my liking.

The receptionist was very helpful. She recommended a restaurant which we could drive to and park close, as my Father has mobility issues and then even booked a table for us. Many thanks for your help 🙏

Very nice hotel in a walkable distance from sea. Very nice surroundings and rooms we found quite and comfy. The bed was very comfortable and large enough. Staff were not speaking English very well , but very much helpful. Highly recommended :)

poor breakfast, but that's ok to Italia or South Europe overall :)

Everything was perfect. Rooms clean and comfortable. A/C worked awesome. Breakfast was so good. Many choices. Would definitely come here again. Not too far from ports.
