Excellent location, in the center, close to everything. Few minutes walk to the beach. Easy self check-in and check-out, well organized. Comfortable bed, few pillows available. Closet with big mirrors. Private bathroom. View to the square. Shared kitchen available. Very gentle cleaning lady :) Improve the cleaning and this would become the best place to stay in Civitavecchia for budget travelers ;)

Bathroom needs a better cleaning: There was trash/paper on the floor and hair on the sink and in general, sink was all dirty. Maybe changes of some parts in the bathroom (the shower "curtain" was all black from molds). The mirror in the bathroom is for tall people only :) but that compensates with the closet mirrors in in the room. Very thin walls. I could hear everything my neighbors talk in their room (even they were not loud). Not complaints, but some facts to note: There was only one socket available, which is a bit far from the bed. There was a TV, but no remote control found in the room (I didn't need it, so didn't ask for it the owner).

I understand - it's an Italian breakfast, I would like traditional - oatmeal tume, bacon, fried egg, tomato. More accurate information is needed about the location of the location, the location itself is good

We were delighted with the electric stove, because we could bake a ham with an egg for breakfast. There needs to be better ventilation. For water boils, the can should definitely be heated by electricity, and not on the stove. Hard to remove hot handle...

Italians only seem to eat a bare-croissanty thing and drink a small cup of coffee for breakfast. For me breakfast is a huge event, so breakfast underwhelmed me BUT I loved that I had to cross a tiny, cute, square, to a nice cafe to get it with my voucher: that was fun:) I have still not found the exact way I would like to say this, but this place oozed elegance. Not fancy, not fashionable, just simple and stylish. I take my hat off to hosts that manage to provide accommodation that is chic and affordable:)

Being able to stretch my budget to stay in an individual room, all of my own, is a real treat for me. I am usually camping, or in female dorms in hostels. I wish "own bathroom" meant having your own adjoining bathroom, but it seems that it can often be outside the room which I don't like as I feel I might be waking light sleepers in other rooms by opening and closing doors. I guess I need to look out for "ensuite" :)

So centrally located. Easy walk from the station. Easy walk to cruise buses. Accommodation has all you will need. So well organised. Cleaner was delightful.

One accepts what is different. Could the shower have been bigger…possibly but it’s functional, the water’s hot and the place is clean. No complaints at all.

The location was excellent as used for base cruise ship port.

Would have been better if the host provided entry details beforehand rather than us having to call, then provide reservation details via WhatsApp, total inconvenience, specially late at night. Friends bed was lumpy.

The keys for the front door, my room and the private bathroom nearly didnt work. The locks need changing soon, someone will not be able to get in. Location hard to find, had to ask locals. Better signage needed.

Very nice breakfast at Gran Caffe, great idea to use the voucher.

It was not made abundantly clear to me that while the room and the bathroom were private, the common areas would be shared.

Great spot to land for a little while! Waking distance to train station, port, and all of town. Loved the breakfast included as well.

Keys were a little difficult to figure out but my husband figured them out.

The location is very convenient! The room was cosy and clean ! Staff is very friendly. Private bathroom. Thank you for your hospitality.

I felt swell of smoke in the corridor .

It was extremely hard to find this lodging and, with no parking available, it was very hard to be sure the car was safe. Breakfast was ok, but we had to ask directions to even find the place.

We actually had to stay in different apartments with strangers. It was very upsetting. The owner knew we were travelling as a group and needed 3 bedrooms. Very strange to be housed with strangers and having to lock yourself into your own bedroom to feel safe.
