Room was well equipped. It had everything. An Espresso machine, tea kettle, snacks, fresh fruit, fridge, espresso pods, tea bags, creamers, sugar. Immaculate, quiet and within walking distance of the train station. The owner even had a package of salami and cheese in the fridge to make a sandwich. Lots of breads, pastries and crackers in the room. The owner even drove her guests to the cruise ship terminal. Very thoughtful amenities. Huge supermarket with low prices and lots of dining choices within a block or two. I loved it. 😍

B&B is in a huge building that it shares with other businesses. You cannot get into the building without keys. You have to coordinate your arrival time with the owner or their representative to let you in. I did not have to wait long. It was worth the wait.

I guess I was expecting more of a little hotel. A converted apartment in a mixed business building had me a bit confused. The building was clean. Had an elevator. The "Inn" was impeccably clean and so were the rooms and their bathrooms. There was some train noise but didn't disturb our sleep. The goodies available were very generous and gave us a nice breakfast. Greeter and owner were very friendly and helpful.

Lighting. Makes the rooms less cozy and more like a clinic.

Well located within a few blocks of the train station. We walked (with ALL our luggage) up the hill in just 10 minutes. We had been contacted ahead of time so we texted as the train was getting close to the station and were met at the front door. We were given directions to a few nearby restaurants a free drink coupons.

I wish there was a safe for our passports, cash & jewelry but it seemed to be a safe area. The 10:30am checkout was a little early for us but they called a cab to take us to the ship and explained the cruise lines accept luggage at 10:30. It was a 15 minute walk back to the main area. Suggestion: take a taxi TO the ship with your luggage and walk back. The people dragging their luggage on the cobblestones looked stressed and hot!

Excellent location close to the beach, town and so many beautiful restaurants . Very clean with new bathroom. They went over and above having waters and breakfast for us to grab and go. Check in was a breeze and they accommodated us early. Great value!

The outside of the building was a bit worn but beyond pleasantly surprised once we were inside. Didn’t have the tv set up yet but we were not around much.

The location was great..5 min walk from the train station & just back from the main promenade. We were contacted earlier on the day of our arrival & met at the entrance to the building. The attendant was extremely helpful & thorough with the information re keys, amenities etc. The fridge was well stocked with breakfast items, which we ended up using for our lunch on board our ferry trip to Sardinia the next day. A taxi was organised to pick us up early the next morning & take us to the ferry terminal. The bathroom was very modern with a huge shower by Italy standards & the whole apartment was spotlessly clean. We were extremely happy & satisfied with our stay & can highly recommend it for an overnight stay &/or a couple of nights if you are in Civitavecchia.

Nothing really

Evryghing was fine, except its 5 min walking to the bus for the Cruise line its not 5 min to the port. The bus does not run frequently. Plus you have luggage. More accurate to say short taxi ride to the port. It was about 20 - 25 Euro. However the host was very helpful in getting us a taxi. Had an awesome hreakfast items

The shower was in the same space as the bedroom. The 2nd bedroom we had was fine.

This place is located near everything, we just walked to the market, to eat, and just to look around. Staff was very attentive and quick to respond. They helped arrange everything with no issues. We loved it.

Everything was perfect.

We occupied 3 of their 4 private rooms with a shared entrance, which was perfect for our party of 3 couples. Nice clean updated rooms, each with 12' ceilings and updated bathrooms. Debbie & Anna erred awesome, arranged for all of our transfers, personally greeted us, helped us get our luggage up to 2nd floor, and showed us to our rooms which were stocked with lots of snacks and a continental breakfast. I have allergies and usually get stuffed up sleeping in most carpeted hotel rooms, but didn't have that issue here at all with the tiled floors and ventilation/air conditioning.

There wasn't really anything that bothered us but note windows in rooms #1 & 2 overlook the train tracks next to property and a train ran by in the early evening. Very small elevator required 3 trips to get our 8 over-sized bags up to rooms on 2nd flr.

Staff friendly. The owner Anna is very nice and helpful. The room is extremely clean, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is perfect. The place have been restructured, so everything is new and perfectly working. The breakfast is in-room with a large selection of things: ham, cheese, juices, bread, sweets, milk, yogurt, etc with an expresso machine where you make good coffee. It's on the second floor with an elevator, small but it does its job. It's close to the port, a 5 min walk. However, we preferred to take a taxi to the cruise ship since it was more comfortable. And we thank Anna again for organizing both the transfer from the Airport to the structure and to the Cruis ship on the following day.

Everything was perfect.

The host was super friendly, nearby the centrum off the city. And the tip to go to a very nice restaurant .(Mylord) And we got an upgrade of our room

I can believe that for some people, the breakfast in the room is not so comfortable.
