Reception arranged shuttle pickup to cruise ship, warned we should have requested shuttle at checkin. Day-of shuttle requests when shuttles are very busy could result in long waits. Location was steps to cruise port. But no walkins to port are allowed. Need pay-for shuttle/taxi or walk to free bus..

Initially we booked a room indicating that we needed two separate beds since we were traveling together, two friends assured us at check-in that there was no such request, although I know for sure that there was because I chose a hotel where there were two separate beds, this was one of my most important criteria when choosing a hotel. In general, the check-in began with the fact that we quarreled with the staff and because of this I liked the room and did not like the hotel staff. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Only compliments to this property! Simple, clean, well located. The rooms are spacious, they have options for 4 people. That’s a gem when you have a big family with kids. No carpets is also a big plus when you’re beach front. We got a room with beach view and what a view!!! Breakfast is simple but great! Worth mentioning: they have an elevator!!! And only 4 minutes walking from train station!!! If you need to do your laundry I recommend using Lavagettone elettrolux (10 minutes walk from the hotel) just across the street from Pam grocery store.

During our travels, I accompanied my 21-year-old son. I was delighted to find that he had his own separate living space and bathroom, providing us with privacy and comfort during our trip. The hotel was conveniently situated within close proximity to numerous restaurants and shops. Moreover, it was positioned opposite the beach, where enchanting music could be heard. I took pleasure in leaving my balcony door ajar to savor the music. Additionally, both of us were provided with our own private balconies.

I disliked the small size of one of the showers and the poor bathroom lighting. The lights were blown out in both bathrooms.

Breakfast was excellent. Parking was good (for a motorcycle). Check-in guy was excellent. Girl in restaurant was very good and spoke English. My negative points are 1) The place is hard to find. This isn’t the fault of the hotel but maybe some hints could be given on Booking.Com - I have 2 GPS on my bike (Garmin & TomTom) but neither could actually find the hotel. 2) Plug was missing from sink. I would happily stay there again

Just one block from the Train Station and across the street from the beach. There were many restaurants just outside the front door off the sidewalk and others within a short walking distance. The bus shuttle to the ship is only a block away and only $6pp. The continental breakfast included coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juices, ham slices, cheese slices, bread, cereal, & rolls.

I liked everything about the property. In fact I got an ocean view room with a beautiful view.

Location. Clean room and facilities. Very friendly staff.

Bathroom shower small. Breakfast is very continental.

Location and cleanliness. One of front desk attendants was helpful and the other was helpful but lost her patience when she didn’t understand what we were asking. The other lady came over and helped calm her down.

Positioning of the toilet under the sink. Very uncomfortable to use the toilet. Air wasn’t very cool.

The hotel is a wonderful location just a block from the downtown area and also the cruise port. They offered a shuttle service to take people and their luggage to the cruise terminal. I had also been driving a car rented from Hertz. The drop off location for Hertz is just 1/2 block from the hotel. The hotel also offered a free parking lot behind it is we needed.
