Great location . We were going to connect to a cruise . So well situated between the town and the cruise meet terminal. 600m to main town coastal eating and beach area then 600 m the other way to the cruise meet terminal which was easy to walk in the shade of the buildings Simone the host was very friendly and helpful.

The pillow . Could do with another one !

A central ocation of the property makes it very good and handy to most things. Lots of good eateries to choose from all within a very short walk. The [single] room was large by any standard with a good sized bathroom as well. My purpose to stay was an overnight transition to the cruise port and the port gate is only a 7-10 minute easy walk away. Breakfast is included but was limited to fruit, coffee/tea and pastries. A safe place given there is a keyed outer [street level] door, a digital coded inner door to the reception area as well as your keyed room door.

As usual for European properties there are stairs and for some can be problematic with luggage. Be mindful that your Euro power adapter that works fine in Rome won't work here unless you get one with the smaller diameter posts. Mine had the thicker posts.

I was taking a cruise from Civitavecchia port and needed a place to stay the night before. It was within reasonable walking g distance of the Civitavecchia train station, close to the ocean, shops, & restaurants, and close enough to walk to the bus stop that shuttles you to the cruise port. The host exchanges WhtsApp numbers with you, making him accessible 24/7. He is incredibly helpful with local recommendations for food, etc, and extremely knowledgeable about the different cruise operations. I traveled solo on this trip, and not once did I feel unsafe. 🙃 The furnishings in the room are modern. The bathroom was equipped with soaps and body wash.

Finding it was a bit tricky, even with my GPS. I kept walking past it because the owner's not allowed to hang a large sign outside the building, making it very difficult to notice when you arrive. The other challenge is that there is no lift/elevator. And, you will have to carry your luggage up two flights of slippery marble floors.

Good and central location and a VERY friendly and helpful host - Simone. Always trying to find good solutions. Delicious croissants for breakfast! But being Norwegian we would have appreciated some healthier options like brown bread with e.g. ham, cheese and tomatoes.

Could be more cosy with a few pictures on the walls and a couple of plants.

Pre arrival communications were excellent, the room was comfortable, facility’s modern - location was about as good as one could get for the walking street, rail terminal and ship access’s - Were greeted on arrival by Simon and he was always cheerful and helpful

Long set of stairs to the facility which is on second floor - no elevator - Simon did help with bags - but if you don’t do stairs this facility might be a problem

Upon our arrival in Rome we were horrified one of our suitcases went missing as did as did others from our flight. Lucky for us another couple had an air tag in their missing suitcase so they knew it was still in the airport! We were hopeful ours was as well. Very lucky that after over an hour wait we all got our missing bags! Yay!! During this fiasco I called Simon at the hotel to inform him of our situation. Since he had arranged our transport from the airport to the hotel he got in touch with the driver for us. Much to our relief she waited for us! 💜 Finally we were on our way. Simon greeted us Upon our arrival and helped with the bags. We were very happy with our room and the location of the hotel to the cruise ship port. The hotel is very clean and we enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Thank you Simon!

This B&B was conveniently located for the train station, beach/port and centro storico. Although it is on the first floor and accessing the lift requires climbing several steps with a heavy suitcase, the host Simone kindly carried my bag both in and out. I had a choice of double rooms and the one I chose was large, fully equipped with wardrobes and drawers aplenty, windows on two walls, and a large and very modern ensuite. The room was a lovely combination of traditional (terrazzo floor) and modern (great bathroom). The whole B&B and, indeed, the whole building, is kept immaculately clean.

With a greater choice of breakfast foods this B&B would be a 10!

Excellent communication with the host. The location was excellent, right in-between the train station and port entrance, easy to walk to both. The room was as described, and tasty pastries were provided as part of breakfast. There were no issues, and we would be happy to stay again.

The wifi in the room was a bit weak (but usable).

Nice large Room was Comfortable. I was able to drop off Luggage before official Check In time. Simon was very nice. Civitavecchia was nice quiet location. Close to cruise port. Had much to offer. Location was within easy walk to Train Station altho the train ride to Rome was long.

Initially hard to find, no elevator for luggage, no refrigerator in room.
