This was my first trip overseas to connect with a cruise ship in Civitavecchia since my husband died. Ana, the front desk receptionist, treated me like family and made certain that everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) went more smoothly than I could possibly expect. Yes! Let them book your limo from Fiumicino, yes! accept the breakfast and yes! allow them to arrange for your taxi to the cruise terminal. This made my entire experience memorable and I can't thank them enough.

Location. What seems to be a back street location, is actually in the heart of the old town the next street having twenty small restaurants. A fabulous market just a hundred metres (We were there on Friday & Saturday) Hotel. Could not be cleaner. Bed linen and bathroom towels immaculate. Staff. Extremely helpful

This not a criticism or dislike. This is not a plush hotel with lots of facilities, but simple bijou hotel with two stars. If the were a category for bijou hotels in would be rated five stars

This is a hidden Gem, What a GREAT place to stay near Port of Civitavecchia. I would like to express appreciation for the quality of service that your hotel provides, Very friendly and accommodating staff, specially ANNA, she went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Owners put attention and details into the property. Super cold AC, we were there during heatwave, cleanliness of the rooms was just Outstanding, continental breakfast served before 10am, they offer shuttle service to the cruise port €10 per person at the time I visited. Will definitely go back. Visited 7/2024.

A wonderful welcome from Anna. Rooms are comfortable & we enjoyed our welcome drink. Directions to a cute little piazza with little restaurants & had a lovely dinner & evening. Overall a 15 out of 10 experience

Returned for Another Stay After Our Family Cruise – A Little Gem! We returned to this hotel after our family cruise, and once again, it did not disappoint. This place is a little gem! The staff are incredibly welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is spotlessly clean, very accommodating, and in a great location. The minibus service is excellent – our driver (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) was so polite and helpful. He handled all our heavy luggage with care and made the whole process so easy. He also dropped us off and picked us up – all for just €10 per person each way. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for another lovely stay! 😊

The location is great, in walking distance to waterfront restaurants and a grocery store. The AC worked very well. The room is small but clean and comfortable with a good sized shower. The continental breakfast was good with hard boiled eggs, meats, cheeses, fresh pastries and coffee made to order. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel offers a cruise ship shuttle for 10 euro per person, which took us directly to the ship terminal, not to the shuttle at the post entrance as some others do. We will definitely stay here again.

Nothing, it was perfect for a pre cruise stay.

I am so pleased I found this beautiful little hotel! It is small (only ten rooms) and in the old town so lots of lovely bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Anna on reception was such a dream! So sweet and friendly and very helpful. It was only a 7/8 minute walk to the free cruise shuttle buses. The hotel is super clean, modern and really lovely. The pictures on Tripadvisor are old and look nothing like what it really is-I think they need to update them. Anna gave us an aperol spritz on arrival and we had a lovely breakfast in the morning. Would HIGHLY recommend this lovely hotel and we would not stay anywhere else in Civittavecchia

Nothing- it was absolutely perfect!

Anna and the male concierge were outstanding. First we were welcome with an Aperol Spritz (refreshing and delicious) We were given a map with great advice on where to find good restaurants, Atma and shopping. All of our questions were answered patiently and politely. The hotel arranged transportation from the airport. Our driver was on time to meet us. The hotel also arranged a shuttle to the cruise ship. Our room was very small, but modern and immaculate. We loved our experience at the hotel.

Stayed for one night prior to a cruise and loved everything about the hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean with lovely rooms and bathroom all looking brand new with excellent amenities. The continental breakfast was very good. In a quiet and safe location within easy walking distance of good selection of shops and restaurants and the waterfront. Booked airport and cruise terminal transfers with Anna and all went smoothly with excellent communication prior to arrival. Anna is so helpful and kind, she made everyone feel very welcome. She went above and beyond to help us with a problem we encountered (nothing to do with the hotel). Great service from Johnny too. Would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend.

The fact we only stayed one night!

Everything was perfect! I had read the reviews before booking, and it truly was everything it said. Anna, our first point of contact, is an absolute gem! John (sp?) was wonderful as well. We were greeted with refreshing Spritzes on arrival, and after settling in, treated ourselves to a glass of Prosecco while relaxing outside. The location is fantastic—we enjoyed strolling around town. Breakfast (available for an extra fee) was served in the morning, and our shuttle to the cruise line was ready right on time. Every detail was seamless from start to finish!
