We booked a one night pre-cruise stay. We were very impressed that someone rang us the afternoon before our flight to make sure we understood how to access the key box. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a lift which fitted 2 large suitcases and 2 adults. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment and our bedroom, very clean with nice bed linen and plenty of towels. We did not use the kitchen as cafes are a 2 minute walk away. The location is excellent and we walked our suitcases a few minutes to the cruise ship free bus shuttle the next morning. We would use this apartment again.

Beautiful view. Room was a great size for one. Well appointed bathroom. Restaurants nearby. Air conditioning brilliant.

Shared kitchen, so the noisy when other people were using it, as the room was against kitchen wall. Couldn't get a taxi to take me to appt as I was travelling solo and they stated they wanted groups going to cruise ships, so it was a hot and tiring walk from train station. Then couldn't get a taxi to take me to the cruise ship 3 days later. Finally charged 99 Euro for a 2km ride, but still far to hot to walk with luggage

This was my first stay here, and I initially chose it for its great location and positive reviews. After experiencing it myself, I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, including the bathroom. All essentials were provided—towels, toiletries, air-conditioning (for both heating and cooling), a clean bed, television, and a table lamp. The shared kitchen is well-equipped with all the basic necessities you’d need for a short stay. Admittedly, it took me a little while to figure out the process of unlocking the safe and retrieving the keys for the entrance and main house, but the instructions sent via email were detailed and helpful. The balcony offers a great view of the cruise port and ships, and the location is incredibly convenient—pharmacy, McDonald’s, convenience stores, cafés, restaurants, and the train station are all within walking distance. The Wi-Fi is fast, and overall, this place is amazing. I highly recommend this stay!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, but I would suggest adding at least one English-language channel on the TV. It’s not a big issue, though, as the fast Wi-Fi allowed me to stream movies on my phone without any problems. Thank you.

The location was excellent for a pre cruise stay. About 5 minutes walk to the Bus station that takes you to the ships. Also not too far walk from the busy areas with many shops and restaurants. The staff member who met us was extremely friendly and helpful as was the person who spoke on the phone which we had to call to get into the apartment. Breakfast was basic but good enough to start the day off. The apartment was spotlessly clean and air con was superb in the room. Also had a nice view of the harbour in the communal living room.

Just clarification on the check in process and automatic check in form not working. (Minor detail and overall experience was still fantastic)

Wonderful room and great location. There are only two rooms, and we had the one with the balcony over the street behind the building. The common area at the front had a nice view of the port and ocean. The walk to the shuttle to the cruise port was only a 2 block walk.

Breakfast was pretty meager. Coffee machine made decent coffee. They had some pre-wrapped pastries. However, just down the street was a really good café with delicious food and coffee. Just down further was a grocery store with wine at great prices.

My husband and I were on a cruise leaving in 2 days. The location is a 10-minute walk after you take a shuttle from the cruise terminal to the short ride into town. (do not take a taxi-it is very expensive) When you are leaving the cruise ship, ask where the local shuttle is available. The hotel itself was adorable. We walked down a long promenade filled with palm trees and beautiful flowers. B and B are like Airbnb. The owners will send you a code to get in. It is a bit tricky. Once you get it down, it will be rather simple.

We had a fantastic experience at this hostel. Its location is excellent, very close to the port in Civitavecchia where we arrived for the first time. Arriving late at night and not fully understanding the logistics, we reached out to the hostel for assistance. To our pleasant surprise, someone promptly came to help us and explain everything. The room was charming, complete with its own bathroom, and we particularly enjoyed the shared outdoor spaces like the kitchen. They offer a variety of food items, including milk, yogurt, cereal, and pastries, and the delicious breakfast in the morning was a wonderful touch. The hostel provides all the comforts one could wish for. During our stay in Rome, we also stayed in a B&B, and the experience was equally marvelous.

We stayed one night before we embarked our cruise ship. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful with suggestions. The rooms had everything we needed including a safe & blackout blinds for a good nights sleep after traveling from the US. There are three individual rooms with private bathrooms that open to a common area breakfast space with a balcony that over looks the port. The walk to the cruise ship shuttle pick up was fairly easy although it is a very narrow street. The town is quaint and we enjoyed an amazing dinner at L'Acqua Salata

Great apartment in an excellent location overlooking the port. Easy walking distance from the railway station and bus station for shuttle to ship.

The kitchen area is shared with guests in two other bedrooms. The couple in the next bedroom stole our special little water bottles from the fridge and our breakfast which was on the kitchen table when we went out for a short walk. They thought we had left for the ship & were not coming back. This was very disappointing.

Our host was amazing. She met us at the property and explained all the amenities. She recommended a perfect place for us to eat dinner. We had our own private balcony and we were mere steps away from the cruise port so we had very easy access to our cruise ship the following morning. She arrived for a taxi that accommodated us and our luggage. The room was spotless and the bed and linens were wonderful.
