I can’t thank enough for the staff the “older gentleman “ is amazing . I’ve had to go to a place I didn’t had transportation it was a busy road with cars and lorry’s he kindly offers to take me and asked how I was going back to the city centre I’ve said I need to walk because I need to take money that amazing human gave me 3 euros from his pocket after he drop me in the first stop to catch the bus . Honestly it isn’t a 5 start hotel but kind warm people like this you can’t find anywhere. Please book them you are in good hands

The rooms were very clean and beautifully finished with nice tile and perfectlypainted walls. The exterior was a wide open terracee in a country like location. The location is 10 miiutes by Taxi to the crjuise port.

The restaurant and bar had closed.. The family was unable to keep it viable due to finances. The manager was very kind and helpful. All the help are members of the family who own the hotel and many acres around the property. We liked it. Very much.

We arrived at 02:00 (ferry delayed) to find a key in the door. Great relief. The motel-style is great because we can park motorcycles outside door. Large clean room, large clean bathroom.

Location is a kind of Motel. Room was perfect size and restructured for a one night break before or after Ferry Civitavecchia and also bathroom clean and big. Restaurant was closed unfortunately when we arrived as late in the evening so we arranged before But if timing fits it is easy to access by feet so relax! Big Private Parking. And Very Calm area.

Quality of Roads from Port to Hotel is a disaster especially in motorbike so be careful especially by night Also entrance to Hotel is not very bright For Motorbike note that the entrance and parking have some gravels but ok to handle if you go slowly. Missing a drinks and coffee distributor to access especially when restaurant is closed. I would highly suggest this investment to the owner to give added service before and after the ferry would be more then welcome and also give returns!
