Lorenzo was an outstanding host just who you want to meet you after a long transatlantic flight. He couldn't do enough for us. Pleasant friendly and smiling all of the time. We are in our mid seventies and we couldn't get transport albeit a short distance to cruise port, he drove us there himself. We insisted on compensating him despite he not asking. This is not a feature of the B&B just a nice act. Great guy! The room and bath was basic, very clean, quiet priced accordingly. Btw, great location.

Everything was perfect

Everything. Very friendly and welcoming arrival, Lorenzo is the perfect host. He was excellent throughout my 8 day stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good shower and reliable WiFi. I can recommend a few hours in the beautiful garden with it's fruit trees. The kitchen area is very useful if you decide to make a light lunch or dinner. The location is perfect for trips into Rome (€9 return by train) or catching a ferry. It's a lovely town to explore as well.

Absolutely nothing.

Manager was very helpful. He found out after asking me if i needed a taxi that all taxis had been booked to get to cruise port but told me he would drive me He carried my suitcase down the stairs to his car and got me to the cruise port he took suitcase as far as he was allowed and showed me where i had to go. I had money out to give him and he didnt want to take it but i insisted. he was an amazing young man at the front desk

I was happy with everything

Lorenzo was absolutely one of the most wonderful hosts that I have ever had over my many years of travel. The communication was exceptional and his recommendations for dinner in town was excellent given our late-night arrival. He went out of his way to ensure that we received everything we needed for our stay prior to boarding our cruise ship. In addition, he assisted with helping us obtain transportation to and from our ship. I highly recommend his property given the property and the out-standing customer service!

The Liberty coffee and pastry shop gave us excellent coffees and croissants for breakfast. The opportunity to use the kitchen at the B & B to make tea or coffee when ever we wanted was a lovely bonus! We were able to walk to the B & B from the train station and to the cruise shuttle easily. Both walks were about 15 - 20 minutes. How convenient is that?

Someplace to hang our towels in the bathroom would be handy.

To our surprise, when we arrived, it was a B&B we thought we were staying at a hotel but other wars it was a great property the gentleman that owned it was so helpful to us. Taxis were hard to come by, and he gave us a ride to our cruise ship port.

We are only here for one night at the property was adequate for an overnight stay clean person that holds out as perfectly friendly good English definitely would focus property again

Great location from the cruise port and local train station, lovely little shops and cafes close by. Easy to find. Lorenz was a superb host, friendly, polite and helpful in suggesting places to go and how to get there. Would definitely visit this property again, great value for money.

We had an external private bathroom which we found had a slightly bad odour but nothing completely unbearable. One of the sheets had a stain but other than that it was great.

The owner/manager could not have been more helpful. Such a kind man who even transported us to the cruise terminal when no taxi could be found. Bed comfort and pillows were excellent. Location very handy for shopping, waterfront and restaurants. Breakfast voucher for the cafe next door was a great idea.

The host was accommodating and informative. My room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. There is a nice private, quiet, courtyard beyond the dining area, which I really enjoyed. Great central location. Many shops and restaurants close by. I walked to IL Giardinetto from disembarking my cruise ship, and It was only a few minutes' walk to the train station when I visited Rome.

It was a nice stay and the host made it more. Lorenzo is a very helpful person. He speaks English and he goes out of his way to help. He came to my rescue when I couldn't find my way to his guest house. I highly recommend his guesthouse. Thanks Lorenzo 🤗
