Gianni was our airport transfer...best driver I've ever had in Italy...she was confident & careful....worth splitting the price when you have more than one person. Simone provided a wonderful bottle of prosecco at a very reasonable price...great breakfast (crispy bacon & a cappuccino so good everyone had to have seconds. Housekeeping made sure our rooms were right before we checked in. Staff members were so friendly & helpful. Short walk to the water for a casual dinner. Shuttle to our ship for 5 euros...nice touch. Great stay at a great price!

@) cab ride from train station - arrived about noon - asked to wait in dining room until room was ready and offered a bottle of water each - short wait and we were in our room - very much appreciated after a 6:00 am flight and a train journey. Room was large and clean with a nice balcony. excellent breakfast next morning. we had been travelling for about 10 days and were staying at Traiano on the night prior to a cruise. there was a launderette about 100 yards from the hotel so we were able to wash all our clothes and be ready for the cruise. The gentleman on the front desk was very friendly and helpful and the rest of the staff were excellent. the hotel arranges a shuttle to the cruise terminal for us for only 5 euros.

everything was perfect - good price and excellent value and friendly staff

The hotel is clean, there is an elevator and stairs, the rooms are a nice size. The staff is professional and so sweet. We had to check out early and they made sure we got to eat breakfast even though their breakfast room didn't open for 30 more minutes. The staff arrived early and took great care of us. The hotel arranged transportation too. My family stayed in an apartment room which was amazing, large with 2 bedrooms with everything for an extended stay including a complete kitchen. The hotel is within walking to restaurants and delicious gelato place. We originally walked from the train station to this hotel and also walked several times to the beach and the tourist area of the city. It is safe, but I'd let the staff book transportation to the cruise port. You could walk to the ships, but pulling a suitcase, would take awhile to arrive.

Our mattress was too firm for my liking however my friends and family had comfortable mattresses.

The breakfast was great, friendly accomadating staff.

Our room was on the first floor. Was supposed to be a suite. We had to ask to have a table and chair set moved in. We had no dishes etc as advertised. Our friends came 3 days later and were given a bright top floor suite that was fully equipped for much less $ then we paid. Their room was sunny and warm, ours was cold and damp. Their was no heat in the building.

An amazing highly recommended stay prior to/after cruise! The staff is just amazing and helpful! We used the hotel’s transfer (for very reasonable price) from FCO airport to the hotel, the driver was perfect! In hotel we got an upgrade to the suite with breathtaking huge balcony! The hotel is very very clean!!! Very good breakfast! And transfer to the ship terminal! Everything, absolutely everything was perfect! Thanks a lot!!!

The staff are amazing. Because they are in the cruise port for Rome, they have an endless crowd of one-night bookings, plus visitors speaking English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and no Italian. Despite all the challenges, staff keeps their smiles and willingness to help with whatever you need. I needed labels printed and heavy duty tape to have a suitcase shipped home. They were invaluable with everything.

Not one thing!

They went out of their way to have a room ready for us, unfortunately we booked a 2 bedroom and the room given was a one bedroom with a sofa bed, the sofa bed was not going to be comfortable and meant that area could not be used by the 4 of us. The washing machine the front door was missing, the kettle did not work. No microwave. Went down and reported and we were moved a suitable room for the 4 of us. The hotel staff are very good, shuttle from cruise ship to hotel and hotel to airport was great. Nothing really close by, but was good for the one night off the ship. Breakfast not much choice, but nice.

Maintenance needs to be improved. Towelling was thin.

It"s a charming little hotel off the beaten path in this busy port town. It's just what we needed. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and eager to please. It's a family run business and the care they gave to make sure our stay was pleasant was priceless. We had a party of 20 and we all loved it. Basic needs are close by and the wild open air markets was a short walk away. We went swimming and shopping and ate many awesome foods prior to our cruise. Train to Rome was easy. I could talk for days.

I wish I could have stayed longer. I felt like I belonged there.

Service was exceptional, esp from Alessandro! He was my primary contact before arrival and always responded promptly to my inquiries. In addition, we missed our flight in Paris, so he had to come late to pick us up from FCO.. When he found out that the airline lost our luggage, he gave us his newly purchased deoderant. He is an amazing and caring person! Thank you, Alessandro!!!

The room keyring is too heavy!!

Reasonable room rate. Breakfast was very good and a nice variety of food. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Location was OK. Our staff person “Alex” was very helpful on local food choices and arranging transportation to airport, cruise terminal, etc. Room was spacious and quiet, clean, loved the balconies.

There was nothing we didn’t like, I would highly recommend the Hotel to friends. If returning to this area of Italy I would come back and stay again.
