She is a wonderful hostess, who wants your experience to be as lovely as she is! Janet has thought out every little detail to make your stay as memorable and comfortable as possible. Espresso machine, home baked croissants, wonderful beds and bath, a beautiful porch for breakfast, if you like. And a big screen TV if that is your thing. There is a great family restaurant (Osteria) just a short walk away with delicious food and wines. Don’t miss this opportunity for a wonderful stay in Civitavecchia.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at B&BYanet's Beautiful House! Yanet definitely went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was perfect—quiet and safe, but still close to everything we wanted to see and do. Yanet was incredibly welcoming and communicative throughout our stay. She and her husband picked us up from the train station very late in the evening. We were tired and hungry, and Yanet still walked us around until she found us a really nice restaurant that offered to stay open late to feed our family. Yanet had our rooms decorated beautifully, and the fridge and kitchen were stocked with water, snacks, coffee, etc. Additionally, Yanet cooked breakfast for us the next morning, which was awesome! Then took us to our port to embark on our cruise. Whether you're in town for work, vacation, or just passing through, we HIGHLY recommend B&BYanet’s Beautiful House. We had a fantastic stay at B&B Yanet's Beautiful House! Yanet is an incredibly friendly and hospitable host who makes you feel right at home. The entire appartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The service was the best part. Yanet arranged a transfer for us from the airport and even drove us to the cruise terminal to drop us off. This made our travel so much easier and stress-free. If you are looking for a great place to stay with amazing service, this is it. We highly recommend B&B Yanet's Beautiful House. A top recommendation!

This place was a WIN overall. We had a fresh breakfast each morning and our room opened up to a lovely balcony as well. We visited more of the locals restaurants vs tourist sites and really enjoyed that. It was only a 10-15 walk to the tourist areas and we felt we had the quiet of a neighborhood but easy access to the local areas. The bed was really comfortable and we both slept very well each night. Yanet also picked us up at the train station and dropped us off at the cruise port. She even helped us make transport arrangements for after the cruise to get to the airport in Rome!

Yanet treated us like family, providing all that we asked for. We enjoyed the entire stay and can't think of any needed improvements.

We stayed for one night in the penthouse, which is palatial in size, with a huge roof terrace and a great view of town. The shower was good and the quality of the mattrass excellent. Big thanks to Yanet, who was exceptionally kind, helpful and accommodating, and prepared a lovely breakfast for us. Would stay there again.

The furnishing may not be everyone's style, but that is a matter of taste of course. On a minor point, the electric water kettle didn't work properly.

Everything. Yanet is a fantastic hostess and the apartment is wonderful and very well appointed. 3 double bedrooms all individually locked. Lounge, dining area and kitchen. Stocked with tea coffee water juices. Wonderful veranda. Yanet comes in the morning and makes a wonderful breakfast. We stayed here last year and highly recommend this place. She also has a penthouse which you can rent self catering. She showed us around and that too is of a very high standard. Yanet also is happy to drive you to the port if you are cruising. We will be back.

The owners went above and beyond for me and my friend. My friend’s partner took ill, the owners went to the hospital to get us information, we were unable to get taxi’s and they took us for visiting everyday and waited for us. The breakfast was freshly prepared each morning. Nothing was too much trouble. Yanet and her husband went above and beyond. I think the world could learn from them about customer service and happiness.

The apartment is on the 6th floor and is very well furnished with everything you need. It is spotlessly clean with a very modern kitchen where you can help yourself to tea, coffee, fruit etc . The breakfast was excellent and Yanet goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. She kindly collected us from the port after our cruise. The only downside for us as an elderly couple, one of whom is somewhat unsteady on his feet was that it is in a residential area and a 15 minute walk to the centre or seafront and the pavements are a bit uneven and narrow. For most people this would probably not be an issue. However there is an excellent pizzeria virtually across the road and a very good restaurant just round the corner as well as a supermarket nearby so for our one night stay that was perfectly fine. The apartment is very light and airy with a wraparound balcony where you can sit and enjoying the view. There were only two other guests there at the same time as us. As they were from the US and we are from the UK we really enjoyed chatting to them.

As mentioned for some elderly people the walk to the centre/seafront might be difficult

Staying at B&B Yanet's beautiful house was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, Yanet showered us with hospitality. The house itself is stunning, with every detail meticulously designed for comfort and relaxation. Yanet went above and beyond, not only providing a delicious breakfast but also offering transportation from the station and even dropping us off at the port shuttle for our cruise. The accommodation was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, from refreshing beverages to a variety of teas and coffees, not to mention a selection of bread and provisions. It was the perfect start to our vacation, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Yanet, for making our stay truly memorable!

My mom and I had a very pleasant stay, wish we could have stayed longer. The place is clean and breakfast prepared by Yanet was delicious! There is a kitchen. Water, iced/hot tea, coffee are available to guests. Yanet is very friendly and helpful. She treated us like family. She drove us to the cruise port. I would definitely stay again at Yanet’s Beautiful House.
