Excellent location, in the center, close to everything. Few minutes walk to the beach. Easy self check-in and check-out, well organized. Comfortable bed, few pillows available. Closet with big mirrors. Private bathroom. View to the square. Shared kitchen available. Very gentle cleaning lady :) Improve the cleaning and this would become the best place to stay in Civitavecchia for budget travelers ;)

Bathroom needs a better cleaning: There was trash/paper on the floor and hair on the sink and in general, sink was all dirty. Maybe changes of some parts in the bathroom (the shower "curtain" was all black from molds). The mirror in the bathroom is for tall people only :) but that compensates with the closet mirrors in in the room. Very thin walls. I could hear everything my neighbors talk in their room (even they were not loud). Not complaints, but some facts to note: There was only one socket available, which is a bit far from the bed. There was a TV, but no remote control found in the room (I didn't need it, so didn't ask for it the owner).

I understand - it's an Italian breakfast, I would like traditional - oatmeal tume, bacon, fried egg, tomato. More accurate information is needed about the location of the location, the location itself is good

We were delighted with the electric stove, because we could bake a ham with an egg for breakfast. There needs to be better ventilation. For water boils, the can should definitely be heated by electricity, and not on the stove. Hard to remove hot handle...

The location is wonderful. A short walk from the train station and a short walk to the cruise port. There is a laundry facility close by that I have been using for years. Everything you could want is within walking distance. The room is clean and quaint. I was only looking for a place to sleep before a cruise and the price was right. This was my third year staying here and I will be back.

Great location for a pre or post cruise. Plenty of restaurants nearby and it made us feel like we were in an Italian movie

There was music going on outside until 1 a.m. not sure if this was a one time thing or if it happens every night but if noise bothers you, this might not be the place for you.

The property is perfect location for coming into the port so close by, so is a good little stop over, loads of restaurants and bars near by, with good breakfast vouchers.

The shower was not good, it was very weak and couldn’t wash my hair cause was not enough power.

Italians only seem to eat a bare-croissanty thing and drink a small cup of coffee for breakfast. For me breakfast is a huge event, so breakfast underwhelmed me BUT I loved that I had to cross a tiny, cute, square, to a nice cafe to get it with my voucher: that was fun:) I have still not found the exact way I would like to say this, but this place oozed elegance. Not fancy, not fashionable, just simple and stylish. I take my hat off to hosts that manage to provide accommodation that is chic and affordable:)

Being able to stretch my budget to stay in an individual room, all of my own, is a real treat for me. I am usually camping, or in female dorms in hostels. I wish "own bathroom" meant having your own adjoining bathroom, but it seems that it can often be outside the room which I don't like as I feel I might be waking light sleepers in other rooms by opening and closing doors. I guess I need to look out for "ensuite" :)

Great accommodation before cruise. Close to town. Clean and comfortable room. Had a nice overnight stay.

The key was a little hard to use at times, late arrivals were a bit noisy, but that's no fault of accommodation, just inconsiderate people staying there.

Location was fantastic, room was clean and neat. Would be great if there was an outlet near the bed for a phone charger, but apart from that everything was good. The air conditioner was excellent.

Bathroom is a bit small but fine for one person.

Location great for Cruise Ship departure, but took a few minutes to find the entrance. Hidden between a restaurant outdoor seating area. Aircon which was a welcome delight in the heatwave

Would have been better if the host provided entry details beforehand rather than us having to call, then provide reservation details via WhatsApp, total inconvenience, specially late at night. Friends bed was lumpy.
