Awesome experience. Check-in was quick and easy (thanks to great communication with Mattia). Room was nice and clean. The view from the terrace was simply amazing and the breakfast was definitely 10/10. Mattia and the owner of the B&B is there for the whole morning and they will prepare you what you wish so you can start your day with fresh home-made cappucino with proscciuto toast or scrumbled eggs and wide selection of sweet pastries, yoghurts and fruits. And even during the rest of the day there is plenty of snacks and beverages for you, which was highly appreciated. Beach is just outside of the house and it is rocky (I mean dangerously rocky) so definitely bring some water shoes. Water is otherwise clean and nice. There is plenty of restaurant/bar/coffee house options everywhere. And the connection to the Rome via train is excellent (also to Pisa). And last thing - I can recommend this place also as a good home-office/remote working place. I did use one of my days from my vacation for work and attended some online meeting and everything was great.

Simone our host was fantastic, he was amazing. From when we arrived To when we departed he was always happy to make sure our stay was comfortable. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. As we were the only couple there for our first night we had the whole apartment to ourselves. The amenities were great, the attention to detail was brilliant. We had everything we wanted. Even the fabulous view from the large balcony over looking the sea was breathtaking. Loved the location. It is within walking distance to great bars and restaurants and the lovely public beach is only across the street.

There is nothing that we didn’t like about this place. Everything was just wonderful.

Simone was so wonderful and kind he could not do more to make us feel welcome and happy mad excellent breakfast staff was so wonderful friendly clean so felt as if you were at home surprised it was a bed and breakfast we didn’t realize marina B& B was that had to share common areas with people we weren’t used too but it was fine outside terrace what a view had water coffee food always available any questions or needs simone and staff exceeded helping us thank you so much for helping us with transportation. Marina owner delightful and greeted you to make u feel welcome walking in to the location little sketchy dark and unclean but that is due to the property of the city once u get to the actual apartment it’s Heaven . Stairs with luggage till u get to property. Simone helped and met us with taxi thank u simone it was wonderful I would come back again🥰🙏🏻

We selected this place because it was close to the Port for our RCCL Cruise. We only needed one night, but we would stay here again. We were met by our host, and he went above and beyond, providing first-class service throughout the entire trip. He arranged a driver to collect us from the airport and helped us with our luggage when we arrived. Our 8-year-old was thrilled with all of the snacks and drinks when we arrived. This included coffee, tea, water, juices and Coca-Cola. He also made us breakfast in the morning. The views over the water are also fantastic.

We booked La Marina because of its proximity to the Port, perfect location for an overnight stay before catching the cruise ship. This is a lovely family run B&B. Simeone helped booked our transfer directly from the airport and met us at the kerb to show us the way to our accommodation, helping with the heavy cases. Simeone settled us in, showing us the amenities, talking us through the air-con and window blinds. Water, tea and coffee making facilities, along with wine and limoncello were free to use. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows and blankets available though not required. There was great choice for breakfast, coffee and tea, cereal, yoghurt and fruit. We opted for an omelette prepared by Simeone. Delicious! All in all, a very positive review for a very enjoyable stay.

Loved the location/view of the ocean. That's why we choose this hotel. Breakfast was terrific and served on the terrace right outside our room. Staff were polite, helpful, and spoke perfect English. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The entrance to the property was a bit difficult to find. Once we did, we had to ring the bell and got no response. Someone passing by was kind enough to call the posted phone number and then the manager came within about 15 minutes. The first flight of stairs was a bit difficult with our luggage. After that, there was an elevator.

When I say clean and comfortable, I don’t mean just clean but literally spotless, the linens were literally pressed, like they were brand new it was so clean! The owners were so friendly, hospitable and helpful. This place is great! We would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend this place to others. Also, order a grilled cheese for breakfast, you won’t be sorry. We could see our cruise ship from the terrace.

The neighborhood looked a little run down but ended up being pleasantly surprised that it was full of really nice people.

Simon was on the property when we arrived. Simon assisted us to our room and showed us around the B&B. The next morning we were served an International Breakfast with variety of fruit , pastries cereal. Fresh eggs were available too. Our room was nice, clean and spacious enough for three suitcases. Nice modern bathroom. Close to train station and cruise port. Walkable to restaurants.

The Marina B&B is located along the main road In n Civitavecchia in a building that has business on the ground floor . The sign on the door can be missed .

Excellent B&B!!! Everyone made us feel at home. in downtown Civitavecchia and easy walking distance to many restaurants. An easy 5 minute taxi ride to the cruise port. Our room was immaculate and cozy with modern fixtures. The common area was nice with fruit, snacks, pastries and many alcoholic options all free of charge!!! The 3rd floor covered large patio was great for our cooked to order breakfast that included eggs, pastries, fruit, juice and coffee. We were all treated to a wonderful view of the sea about 100 yards from our patio. Beautiful!!! I highly recommend! Marina, the owner, greeted us with open arms. She is a great host!!!

This property has 4 rooms available for guests with common areas. Luckily, we were the only guests, one day prior, to our cruise next day. The facility was impeccably clean with strong air conditioning, an updated bathroom with hot water and a washing machine as well. Hosts were most hospitable & kind. We arrived and were immediately assisted with our luggage, and shown the property. There were baked goods, fruits, fresh juices & cereals at our disposal. We were asked about breakfast preferences next morning. Hot or Cold breakfast was available. The waterfront views were fantastic as we sat outside in the patio for breakfast. Our taxi was promptly arranged by the host and we could not have been happier with the stay. (Mind you this is based on our unique experience)

You cannot see it right away. You enter the building address shared by others, go up a few steps, turn left, and you see a door in your left with the Name sticker to indicate you have arrived. Wished signage was bigger and at the front of the building somehow. If you do know what to expect ahead of time, this will not be an issue. The stay was well worth it 100 %.
