The view from our room in June was amazing. Since we were visiting during off season, there were very limited options for restaurants. Lucky for us our hotel had a fantastic restaurant downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and dinner was terrific with regional selections. Staff spoke very clear English and were so friendly and helpful. Our room was super clean and comfortable. We didn’t spend a lot of time there because the hiking is phenomenal.

Booked the Junior Suite and this hotel was by far the best hotel during our ten day stay in Switzerland. Stunning views over the alps from the balcony. The room looked brand new and couldn’t be more comfortable and cleaner. Will definitely visit again when passing by!

Not really a biggie, but the breakfast had some limited options compared to other Swiss hotels. But still, all the basics are there.

The hotel and the rooms are beautiful. Everyone who worked there was very nice, we had a great time.

Maybe the price was on the high side, given the fact that there were very few people in the village. So it felt a bit like low season and the price felt like high season. But no regrets.

Charming family run boutique hotel in the heart of Bettmeralp. Very welcoming and attentive owners and staff. Easy walk from the cableway. Excellent restaurant- but be sure to make reservations as it was completely full both nights we stayed.

No negatives for us

Staff was very friendly, great breakfast, dinner in hotel can be recommended as they have a good kitchen. Room at top floor (3rd) was nicely decorated in chalet-style.

The hotel has no elevator, so walking 3 stairs can be troublesome for some guests.

Nice hotel in Bettmeralp. very nice hotel owner and employees. We’ve been here already several times and will come again. unfortunately this time we got room 14 which is actually the less nicest of all rooms…

If possible don’t take room 14: weird smell, dark and loud.

The room was absolutely perfect; the view - outstanding; the bath-tub at the window - amazing. Breakfast was minimal and disappointing and the dinner at the restaurant was disappointing too.

We really liked the location of the hotel in a traffic-free village with direct access by public transport. Comfortable hotel, recently renovated. Rooms decorated in a modern alpine style. Hotel service always very attentive to the needs of the guests and the quality of the restaurant is excellent, both for the menu and the wine list.

Amazing views, very comfortable and big bed, quiet at night. The staff were very helpful and the food in the restaurant was great. We didn't want to leave!

Perfect location. Perfect view. The rooms SUPER CLEAN and with a very beautiful design. Love it.
