We arrived early after a long drive from Brissi and manager graciously let us into the unit. As soon as you walked in the room it smelt fresh and clean. It was spotless. Great to have microwave and some crockery and cutlery. Ample towels, washers etc. I dropped and broke a china bowl and manager came very quickly to vacuum up and declined to let me pay for it.

Probably forgot to ask when booking but would have preferred ground floor unit and none available upon our arrival. Grounds unkempt with long grass, weeds near rear staircase.

This was the only location I was aware of that was away from the main street. I asked for a quiet room and was provided with a room in the quietest location of the Motel. Although we didn't need it for our purposes, the bathroom had great access facilities for someone who might have a disability. The fridge is located as far away from the bed as possible, so we were not disturbed by any noise.

Heavy dust on the bedside tables that had been accumulated over some period of time.

Modern, clean and comfortable to the best degree. We were not expecting much being a small rural town but it was like an oasis. Location was superb for an overnight stay as it was quiet and easy to get to, not far from the main drag and easy to recommence our travel in the morning.

Nothing. Didn't give the best score for staff as we didn't see any or have any personal contact, but that suited us as we had no need to. Easy booking, check in and out, and nothing required as room was perfect. Oh, maybe a very small complaint about parking as our park wasn't immediately in front of our room, but certainly didn't cause much inconvenience.

Our room was beautifully set out, extremely clean and attractive, management was very helpful when I called to advise we would arrive later than expected, sending me details of how to retrieve our room key from the lockbox outside reception. Our bed was very comfortable which we appreciated after travelling a long distance and the Royal Motel Miles exceeded our expectations and the room rate very affordable especially in our current economic climate. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Our room was upstairs and after a long trip and our age was a bit daunting but exercise is good.. right ?

It is spacious and the bed was firm and comfortable. Easy access to the service station, eateries and lots of parking onsite available. The motel was easy to find and the check-in process was smooth.

There were only one issue during our stay that we would raise for the Motel to consider. There were little red ants inside the unit- on the coffee making/microwave area and some on the bed. Maybe it is only because of the heat that there were ants during our one night stay.

This is one of the best places we've stayed and that includes our world travel. Staff were incredibly friendly and our room was exceptional. The place was so good and Miles so fascinating we'll stay longer next trip and explore the area. Thanks so much for our memorable experience.

We appreciate that room was very clean, but chemicals used to clean were very strong smelling and even after airing room out, it was very strong smelling whole time. But thanks for clean room.

The Royal Motel was back off the road, very quite. We stayed for 2 days and had a very peaceful and restful stay, which was the whole aim for our visit at this time. The motel as also very close to the restaurants and the centre of town.

All was great no complaints

Modern and clean. Plenty of parking the rooms are a generous in size great airconditioning. I have stayed in Miles many times and this is by far the best

I don’t like the upstairs rooms only because the one I had was so far away from the stairs. So on the way back I booked a patio room so I could get downstairs which was better but more expensive

V ery clean, very tidy. Sound proof, so quiet, no traffic waking us up early. Perfect location. Water and milk provided in the fridge. If I arrive after hours, Key is left in locked box and I'm notified via text. Thankyou great customer service. Very helpful when travelling long hours.
