The room came with all you need, very clean and comfortable. The fridge had milk and free bottles of water, which is very much appreciated. The laundry for guests is great to be able to do your washing after travelling for a while. Very friendly staff and helpful

The only thing that I didn't like was the pillows, they were not comfortable for me, too high and hard, but everything else was good. I would stay again

We had a 2 brm apartment which was fantastic for 3 of us seniors travelling together. It was at the back of the complex so no road noise. Would also be great for a family. There was a lounge/dining room with kettle, microwave, iron. Cups and spoons but nothing else. Even though the breakfast menu looked great we did not have breakfast at the motel only because it had been organised elsewhere. However, we had dinner in the restaurant and would give it at 5 out of 5. Two of us had the baked barramundi and the other had the rump steak. Each meal was delicious, cooked to our liking and a great variety of vegetables and not overpriced. Would definitely recommend.

We only had one complaint and that was the pillows were too high. We wished we had taken our own. If you like a high pillow, you are in luck.

Good sized rooms, was spacious

Right on main highway through town. Not to noisy at night but for night shift workers not a good place to stay, trucks going past every few minutes, hotel staff pushing cleaning trolleys up and down the hotel all day. Very noisy. Not sound proofed rooms

Convenience. Having 3 guests all side by side.

Smell of mould in the shower. I know this is difficult to stay on top of especially when it's in and under the grout. But mold exposure is a health issue not everyone is aware of but it can make you very sick. Many hotels aren't on top of mold in showers.

How big the rooms were

Would have been great to get an interconnecting room. Not sure if these were available in the motel and were just not available for our stay when I made the booking. But would have been very handy.

A toaster and microwave in addition would have been great. I get this for the same price point in all other motels I stay in. Travelling for work and arriving late at night, it makes it difficult to eat when all you have is a kettle.

We were playing tennis and this motel was right across the road from the courts. It was so clean with the best shower which I wasn't expecting. Decor is dated but beds comfy and room very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Just a little update would be nice but for the price and location it was perfect.

The room was well priced and comfortable for a family. Second toilet was a bonus. TV each bedroom good. Comfy and great facilities. Value for money. Clean and friendly.

Needed batteries in remotes and tv checked on. Wifi was a little hit and miss. Aircon worked well but hard to control (don't think it was user error haha)

Friendly staff. Immaculate rooms. Comfy beds. Great value for money. Good sized rooms and layout. Plenty of rooms available for our large group.

You’ll need a taxi to get into town. But plenty were available when we needed them.

Great communication. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money staying in a 3 bedroom apartment with our 6 family members. Comfortable beds. Large bedrooms and lots of space, as well as a yard at the back to enjoy.

Cleanliness could be somewhat better. We found crumbs under dining table and hair in the shower upon check in. Furniture in bedrooms a little dusty. Would otherwise give this place 10/10
