Nice comfortable beds. Stayed here previously at same time of the year in 2024 for Police Memorial at Miles Police Station. Excellent shower & walking distance to Queenslander Hotel. Pity about the rain but great wood fires at the pub helped us dry out. The hosts were great & offered us the dryer to dry out our clothes as we had travelled up on motorbikes from Brisbane. They explained they had only been there for approx 5 months & had lots on the list for improvements in the next few months so looking forward to the same trip next year.

We loved that we could book even with our little dog. The location was a bit out of the way, but finding dog friendly accomodation was paramount. It was great for my elderly mother with slight mobility issues. The bathroom was set up for someone with mobility issues and it was wonderful. It was the cleanest and most modern motel we stayed at on our way from Far North Queensland to Victoria. The lasagne ordered from the kitchen was the best I've ever eaten, I cannot speak highly enough of the food. The staff are really friendly and I'd stay here again if I was traveling.

It's just a little bit out of the way - but that's neither here nor there when you are on your way to somewhere, not on a holiday. I didn't like that we only got to stay here for one night, and it made all of the other accommodation seem quite basic and tacky

Great friendly staff,I arranged an early check in at 1.00pm and they had everything ready,rooms were clean completely and comfortable!!! Love lady at desk was cheerful and more than willing to help in any way,which is always a relief after driving all day!! I would recommend this motel to people,no doubt!! It’s also much quieter than the other motel,being the swagman!!! Thanks lady’s for the great stay🙏🙏

Location was great in Miles. I think it's really good value, the beds were comfy, the showers warm and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. There was a pub around the corner that served excellent food. We always drive the cost road in NSW to get to Victoria, but the inland road is better, cheaper and we saw some really lovely places.

The owner was lovely to talk to. The bbq facilities were amazing when you didn’t want to order takeout. The fire pit area was greatly appreciated at night time when the weather was less than desirable. I loved that I was able to use the washing machine on site to wash all our clothes before we headed back home.

Being a family of 5 we appreciate a big room, The family room is amazing size for us, plenty of floor space for the kids and the bathroom was absolutely awesome!! Water pressure in the shower after a long drive is greatly appreciated. Rooms smelt fresh and clean!!! The host was great, very genuine guy and more than accommodating letting us park a big trailer at the property.

The single bed in the room 'squeaked' every time our daughter rolled over which she ended up sleeping on the floor as it was disturbing everyone sleeping. This was the only thing we didn't like.

The staff were amazing to communicate with. We had our dogs with us and had to do an after-hours pick up, and the wonderful lady at the desk was so accommodating. The hotel is really conveniently located on the side of the highway. We were able to just pop in for a stay on our road trip.

The under cover car parking is very spacious, no having to hold the door when getting in or out of your car. The room was very clean and comfortable, and quiet. Very affordable. We found the management team to be very friendly and supportive. We have already made arrangements to stay there on our return trip.

You get what you pay for and this was definitely value for money

how close it was to everything, pub up the road, fuel down the road. The lovely lady at the front desk was beautiful. the room was massive, massive bathrooms. The bed was so amazingly comfortable. Loved all the little complimentary things they added. Was so clean.
