Teegan and Alex were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. We had to reschedule our stay due to Cyclone Alfred, and with just one phone call, Alex sorted everything out with no hassle. He even followed up to ensure our rooms were all next to each other, it was such a thoughtful gesture. Molly, the resident pup, was an absolute delight and quickly became the star of the inn, she’s got everyone wrapped around her paw with her sweet nature! The whole place has a great vibe, and everything you need is within walking distance. Thank you all for your wholesome hospitality! We’ll definitely be back for the next Oly in the Outback!

The couple who run this property are lovely. Extremely professional and they go out of their way to help. Not an easy task with a young family, but they are managing it. Rooms were clean and decent amenities. We have stayed at a few motels on our trip since theirs, and they, more than the others, have lived up to expectations. On the highway, but noise was never an issue. Goof for a stop of a night or two

Lovely host. Very kind, happy and helpful. Awesome renovated room - tasteful, extremely comfortable beds, great kitchen and bathroom. Excellent huge, clean, refreshing pool after a long trip. Soooo nice! Next door to BP service station, pizza across the road, bakery a few doors down and supermarket very close. Beautiful riverfront picnic and walking area 2 mins down the road. Amazing. Highly recommend and will definitely re-book.

The room was really well laid out - with that really great kitchen - with a sink so you can actually wash up properly AND fill the kettle without trying to use the bathroom. Really clean room, nice hit shower, clever decor like the headboard for the bed. Didnt feel like many of the pokey, narrow anonymous motel rooms I've been in. I have major food allergies so having such a beautiful kitchen was a special treat to do my food prep in. Very comfy bed, which I needed guven our packed program of 6 schools and an evening community event over 3days! The lovely helpful friendly managers PLUS gorgeous dog! made our stay so pleasant. I was able to finish my presentation using the motel wifi no worries. Easy walk to pub and country shops like the best IGA I've ever been in. Thank you Starline and Miles, it was a great trip.

Very welcoming staff, immaculate grounds and room, extremely comfortable bed,close to everything,will stay again if stopping in Miles again.

Room wasn't all that sound proof as on highway and we had a room close to it with a service station next door and trucks pulling up.There is also a small window with shutter blinds and can see into the room still with blind closed.Only minor things.

Very clean, great shower, and the bed was so comfortable. Conveniently located as well. Easy walking distance to the everything, and the owners/managers were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Breakfast was cooked perfectly - simple fare but delicious and satisfying. I was travelling with my cat and the room was good for her, too.

Thank you for allocating us a room with a good size park, as we have a large vehicle. Friendly staff / owners. Room comfortable, kitchenette & microwave appreciated. We had a delicious dinner delivered from one of the pubs, and charged to our room.

Some road noise, but we still slept well.

Everything you could ask for and more. Clean, cool and comfortable room. Easy and friendly check-in. Walking distance to a number of dinner options. Enjoyed a good night’s sleep and a yummy hot breakfast before hitting the road again. Bonus was that the Starline is pet-friendly and out past the swimming pool, there is a big fully-fenced yard where we played a huge game of fetch to get our dogs worn out and ready to happily sleep for the rest of the drive.

We like/are used to the sound of passing traffic so we’d want to stay in the same room again, but if you wanted a quieter sleep, ask for a room away from the front.

The welcome was friendly, and I felt they were genuinely interested in my day. The pool was large and clean, and I was provided with towels so I wouldn't have wet towels to pack the next day. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the curtains closed fully - no annoying light gap!

I can't find a dislike!

Any motel that has a dog who walks you to your room is a winner! Molly is such a sweet girl. Her parents aren’t bad either and made us feel very welcome. The room was more than we expected with the little kitchen area…made it easy for us to get prepared for the next days travel. It’s a very easy walk to the pub for dinner and the other shops. I highly recommend.
