The moment we arrived at the hotel I was pleased to see our rooms being upgraded without my request. Big thanks for that. -The room was clean, large enough with everything needed for a long stay (ours was 8 nights). -Breakfast was good but not a big variety of food choices. For light breakfast it was ideal. Coffee 👌 -If you need to go to the beach electric cars with polite drivers will take you there in a few seconds. -My big gratitude is to the receptionists who were extremely polite and helpful.

There are three beaches you can choose to go. But make sure to reserve your sunbed a day before, sometimes they are fully booked before 10 am. We liked Escape beach. With kids it is the best option. As Sumosan is 18+, and Dukley beach is overcrowded. There is a minimum spend for sunbeds, so it means you have to pay at least 200 € for 2. You can order food and drinks. They are pricey and unfortunately not a big variety. It would be great to have at least some sandwiches, burgers or pizza in menu. Also you can use Infinity pool, I believe restaurant next to it serves better meal.

The staff was very nice and polite. Very clean rooms with a beautiful sea view and a comfortable bed. Tasty breakfasts at the hotel and dishes in a nearby restaurant, good location of the hotel. Very nice and exclusive atmosphere in the SPA, which was included in the price. Possibility of using Melex transport to the restaurant or beach free of charge.

The staff had some problems with the organization, e.g. when checking in, we were informed that breakfast was served between 7 and 11 a.m., but the next day it turned out that breakfast was served from 8 a.m, or we were not informed about Melex transport at check-in. The breakfast was of great quality, but it could be more varied. The SPA is great, but it is worth booking before arrival as the number of places is very limited.

We really enjoyed the hotel spa — it was very clean, cozy, and pleasant. However, it only fits six people at a time, so you need to book in advance, ideally even before your arrival. This was quite inconvenient, but overall, we liked the spa experience.

We were disappointed with our room. At check-in, we were told we received a Sea View upgrade, but the sea was barely visible. Even worse, we had no balcony, and the window didn’t open fully — just tilted slightly at the top. The main window couldn’t be opened at all and wasn’t very clean, so we couldn’t really enjoy the view. When booking, we expected a balcony — perhaps we overlooked this, but at the very least, we hoped to open a window and enjoy the sea view. This was a downside for us

Everything was just perfect! I am really speechless. Me and my partner celebrated our birthday (2 days difference between us), and we were upgraded to a better room+ we got 2 birthday cakes from the hotel+ a bottle of wine. The service is just unbelievably amazing, the top level! Besides that, the design, the beach, the pool, the location, the atmosphere, everything was just perfect. It’s not far from the old town and you can take a free taxi boat from the beach and arrive in 5 minutes (or walk around 30 minutes/taking a taxi of course), but I found this location better than being in the city center, so it is not too far but you can still feel a calmer atmosphere. Really highly recommended!

Although we had perfect experience, it is important to mention few things that we found a bit weird (but haven’t damaged our experience): 1. In the pool you can’t bring your own drinks, not even a bottle of water. You have to order everything from the restaurant. 2. The prices of the restaurants in the hotel are very expensive comparing to the prices in the restaurants around (but also are very good and unique). 3. To go to the beach you must reserve spots in advance, it is 150€ per 2 sun beds or 30€ per person to sit in the lounge, the prices are upon consumption.

I loved the sea view from my room. I loved that the staff were always so helpful . It rained all through while we were there and everytime we had to go somewhere the receptionist offered us umbrellas. I also loved that the floors were rugged which made the room super cosy. I also loved that the heating was timed as the room was never too hot or stuffy at anytime. I loved that the number of people using the spa is being capped.

The breakfast selection was not bad at all but could have been better. We basically had the same thing every morning.

The hotel has an amazing and very helpful staff. The view from the suite is very beautiful. Dukley services are very good, the spa is excellent and the proximity to the Chabad house is very convenient. The private beach is well maintained and tidy. There are also free boat taxi services to and from the old city.

The maintenance of the room was not good, the water flow in the sink downstairs was very weak and there were two burnt out lamps in the shower room. The location of the hotel is very problematic in terms of accessibility for the disabled or children in strollers, you have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the elevator and there is no accessibility.

The hotel and the grounds were fabulous but the room was very basic. We were "upgraded" to a sea view room but unfortunately with no balcony. So, not much fresh air, only air conditioning!!

The breakfast room was lovely with a sea view but the food choices were very limited and very repetitive every day. Could've been better, it was the same menu every day

Got a room upgrade and a free access to all facilities (including sauna and a heated rooftop pool) as this was out of season stay in early May. Very pleased with the quality and service. Breakfast was good (not too many options but good quality).

A bit limited non-sweet / healthy food choice at the benedict cafe and a bit long food waiting time. (20 mins on average - we were the only table served). However the quality was good.

The hotel staff did everything to make the vacation perfect. Starting from the reception on the day we arrived. Including the manager. They take your car and park it in the hotel parking lot. The boat service to the old town. It was perfect. One of the most service-oriented hotels I've been to. Thank you for everything. In general, in Montenegro the people are very nice and the country is very beautiful.

The politeness from personnel is great. It is very clean and perfumed, airconditioning all over and in the corridor. We got upgraded rooms after discovering one small leakage from the shower box. Personnel is always ready to help, advise, and call an electrical buggy to bring you to another part of the resort and visit their beaches and swimming pool. The other Dukley part is a very expensive 5-star resort, but hotel guests can use the facilities of that very luxurious resort with a swimming pool at the top of the building (great view at Budva and Becici beach), saunas, and Escape beach. Parking is a huge problem in Budva, but Harmonia Hotel has a perfect solution. You can choose to park in the underground garage for 150 Euro per week or at the internal street free of charge (was busy but was always able to find a spot, no any issue). The breakfast buffet is very good. Greetings to the swimming pool - a great team. They are better than the Escape team (smaller beach). The chef cook is a master of cooking and I hardly remember eating better pizza and risotto. We did not visit the large Dukley resort beach as it requires a large consummation since not being guests of the 5-star resort but a visitor from the 4-star sister Harmonia Dukley. The position of the hotel is perfect, between Budva town and Becici large beach that offers many options, many great restaurants, beach bars, water sports, and sun beds (prices differ, do not go to the first you see). Everywhere are small shops and supermarkets. Large choice for everyone's pocket. You can eat for only 2-4 Euro hamburger-pljeskavica/cevapcici /giros/ burek and for 50 Euro (fancy fish restaurant - catch of the day).

For Hotel Harmonia : not serving Montenegro's top brand beer Niksicko Pivo and our room did not have a no balcony. Another complaint has nothing to do with Harmonia but the worst impression we got is about indecent taxi drivers. Some try to rip you off (15-25 Euro for 2-3 km, on taxi meters should be 3-4 Euro, so always ask before). This has been much better regulated in Herceg Novi. Budva and Becici are improving service each year, restaurants are full but waiters are more polite and faster than ever before. Only Budva authorities have to solve issues with indecent taxi drivers.
