It's neatness. The bedsheets, toilet, towels etc. Everything is just neat. Towels were so neat that I didn't have to use my own towel as usual. Location is perfect. The staff are just amazing. Very polite, decent, always ready to help & swift to action, infact the best staff experience I've had. It was my second stay in Sinclair & I enjoyed it

The breakfast options are too limited na. That can be improved. Their cantina restaurant dont sell local dishes, so as the Nigerian that I am, who is not used to eating some of these intercontinental dishes, I had to go to a nearby restaurant, just 2 blocks away (cafeteria) to get food all the time, which wasn't bad at all. But I think it would be nice to have local dishes in their menu because sometimes I was too tired to go out to eat & I just had to eat snacks.

Their neatness is next to none, it's top notch. Their staff are very friendly & respectful (oh sweet Jemila & others). I enjoyed the complementary breakfast as well athough options were limited in my opinion. Although their cantina restaurant dont sell most African dishes, the kafeteria restaurant just very close by, about a block away is just wonderful, there's no African dish they dont sell & the food is super great & very very affordable. So that settles food for me. I had a great time, great value for me & will definitely visit again. Thank you Sinclair.

The hotel was like heaven on earth, it was so clean like abroad. The room was so big and everything in it was new, the cleanliness is topnotch. The staffs were so nice and friendly. The location is just in the centre and very cool and quiet environment, it was so easy to navigate to anywhere u're going too in abuja. I over enjoyed stay and i will keep going there whenever I'm in abuja😍🥰😘

The breakfast and location were both spectacular. They always served well cooked bread, eggs and bacon and had tea, coffee and fresh fruits readily available. The room was very comfortable and was always kept neat and smelling good. At night that have live musical performances that are simply wonderful and add another level of class to the hotel.

The Wi-Fi was significantly worse than the last time I stayed. It's hard to watch anuthing on YouTube and downloads never go past 100kbps. In it's current state it can't be used for much other than basic searches and checking your email.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was good. The ambience and the outside bar was excellent.

The MTN network in the hotel was very poor. The staff could do better in applying initiatives and passing simple instructions across shift as I had a guest stranded because of inability to follow simple instruction.

It is pretty central and the staff are extremely nice and helpful! There’s WiFi that works and it’s all around great place! There were a few things off but overall this hotel is worth every inch of hype it receives and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Just a couple facility improvements but I would say as a frequent traveller, Sinclair is an amazing stay and would recommend it a million times over.

The breakfast options are limited. But what’s on offer is great. Had a cold breakfast served so won’t recommend the Nigerian breakfast but the ‘English Breakfast’ came out great and steaming everytime! A minor issue with a room I didn’t like but it was changed after the first night and the option was a bit of an improvement.

Very professional staff and first class service. It is competitively and reasonably priced for the service on offer.

It feels like a small hotel. There isn't enough space on or around the property.

Good location and food

Access isn't private but shared with the restaurant so on busy nights at the restaurant you have to walk through to access the guuesthouse

Loved the serene environment and the lightning fast WiFi. The cantina beside it is great and offers one nice outdoor dining. The food was wonderful.

If I had to nitpick I'd say the windows weren't too good. The stairs leading up to your room can be hazardous if you are tall and don't watch your step.

The location is perfect for the new express passport office and half hour to the NIS HQ. which is why we chose the Sinclair. The breakfast was lovely and suited my English tastes. The service was always friendly and efficient. The restaurant prices were a little expensive but we enjoyed what we had to eat. The room was clean and kept clean to a high standard by housekeeping. Fresh towels put out everyday as were the soap and toilet rolls, and the kettle on the same floor with tea and coffee etc very welcome. Overall a lovely place to stay. The security was also excellent and you felt safe and secure.

Well there are always niggles but there is one or two. The room was on the 1st floor and the stairs to it did not have a bannister all the way up which is a bit daunting if your mobility is limited. It really needs to be corrected before there is a problem. The bed was comfortable but too low to the ground to make getting up easy for me as I have bad knees.
