- My Queen deluxe room was spacious and well air-conditioned - Polite staff - Good and well-sized breakfast. e,g Yam and Egg sauce. Bread and eggs with sausage - Steady power. The backup generator came up quickly - There was a kettle in the hallway for making tea - Good, quiet, and safe location. Walking distance to Farmers Market. Also close to Wuse 2, where there are lots of good restaurants and stores

- No microwave available unless you get a meal from their restaurant. - The free wifi was very slow. It had a weak signal in my room. - Not so much parking space. - No variety in the complimentary breakfast. They served just 2 main dishes during my one-week stay. - The breakfast Yam was usually cold. - The eggs for the English breakfast sometimes lacked seasoning, - Hot water capacity is low. Sometimes, the hot water becomes cold before I finish having my bath. - It wasn't quiet on a Friday night because of the live band from the restaurant.

I never thought I'd give a 9/10 rating for a hotel in Nigeria, but Sinclair Guest House deserves one. After staying at a number of disappointing over-priced hotels in various cities across the country, it was nice to find a well-managed hotel with a friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms without maintenance issues and an excellent attached restaurant. I am confident that Sinclair Guest House is the best hotel in this price range in Abuja and possibly in all of Nigeria. I highly recommend this listing.

Sinclair gives you an European vibe. From the rustic decor of the Cantina to the menu and the guests, you’ll almost feel like you’re in Southern Europe. The ambiance is everything! The staffs are friendly and good at suggesting dishes. I enjoyed their Shrimp Alfredo pasta, Waldorf Chicken sandwich, Chicken Quesadilla and Fish Bon Femme.

All the rooms are spacious and comfortable but could use a little renovation. I’ll advice you go for the Deluxe or Queen room for a better experience. Had to move to a higher room after two nights. I was happy to see the van of a renovation company and some workers just when we were about checking out on the 9th day.

Breakfast was good. I would have like more variety like breakfast cereals and the toast to not be sweet bread, otherwise the full english breakfast was well done.

The price was perfect for what I needed. The problem was it was difficult trying to pay with an international card which took awhile, it eventually worked with the manager helping out.

The food was tasty and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Their laundry section rejected my clothes. They said they don't iron formal clothes like two piece suits. That was a great discomfort and inconvenience because I had several two piece and three piece suits which I wore for the meetings I attended.

Staff were super friendly, great restaurant attached to the hotel and nice outside courtyard, the food was very good. Breakfast was included with eggs and sausage. Good coffee to, good location on a not to busy or noisy road, uber is great as well in abuja, get your Nigerian sim card at the airport.

I was here 8 nights and my room was only cleaned once and I had to ask for that time as well.

included breakfast is very limited. No fruits. However you can order more from the restaurant’s menu if you are willing to pay for it. Card payment with credit card didn’t work due to connectivity issues.

Noticed bathroom floor was dusty, maybe from the construction work going on. Was in the bathroom, light went off and so did water. Was stranded midway bathing until light was restored with water flow

The fabulously European and quaint aesthetic , professional staff and the exceptional "La cantina resturant" available and accessible to guests. The ability of the management to always add new and classy touches to the place makes it a welcome experience everytime
