Although a bit dated, the hotel has good facilities. The apartment with a sea and pool view was fantastic and of a good size for the 8 of us. We would have loved to stay more days. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi and sauna (they have to be booked in advance though).

Not directly an issue with he hotel but it was a bit difficult to sleep with the seagulls sound. They are everywhere around the buildings. The parking system could be improved a bit more.

The view from our apartment on the top floor was amazing - looking out on sea lions on the rock & dolphins swimming past. We also enjoyed using the hot tub, pool & games room. Staff were very helpful.

Whilst a good location for the view & beach, getting into Viña or Valparaiso took a while as the buses weren't that frequent (although it was Easter weekend).

Lack of room maintenance. You could see mould in ceiling (minor), windows didn't lock completely and we had to ask reception to adjust the room temperature which is a bit uncomfortable.

Great location on the shoreline, in front of a small beach. Lots of facilities we didn´t have time to use, like games room, hot tub, pool, etc

Parking is a tad tricky if you have a big car, but you can always park right outside, no big deal, pretty safe.

We paid a little extra to have a room with ocean view. So worth it, spent most of our time on the deck listening to waves, the barking seals, not to mention the amazing view. Short walk to a sandy beach and restaurants.

Tried to catch the bus into Valparaiso. Not sure if I was at wrong bus stop but the bus did not come. It was a Sunday...The units could use a little updating but were clean.

Good facities, jacuzzi and game room. It's outside of Viña del Mar but I thought that was good, less people. It was very easy to take the bus to Viña del Mar and Valparaiso

The location was perfect. The room was fantastic. It was well appointed with all kitchen and the furniture necessary for a pleasant stay. The staff was super attentive and professional. The parking was readily available in front of the property and you could walk to multiple places to eat and have a lovely evening.

The apartment we hired, have a good space for a group of 3 or 4 people. 2 bathrooms are nice, a small kitchen very convenient to prepare big breakfasts and coffee. The jacuzzi and the pool are good. Walking distance to Cochoa restaurants and Reñaca. We extended another night no problems and kept the same apartment. Service and cleaners are great.
