Unfortunately one of the staff member who checked me in, only just told her that I can't speak French only English now when I came back to go out she said a comment like this "your english is terrible can't understand what your saying" I've even try to break it down anyway. When I came back in there was another woman there now she was good she was understand what I'm saying. I think you need someone who can translate so it's better for everyone.

Great hotel for price ,lovely staff and very clean

Above the bed very low down was a shelf which was a hazard as when sitting up you hit your head on it

It was clean, good place to stay, preety room, amazing staff. Recommended for sure

very good links to the rail line RER and just 30 mins to the airport. it was also very clean.

the space was small, but they arranged it the best they could, and it was adequate for our needs; if someone needs a convenient place to stay and will not be spending much time in their room, this is a great option

Good location next to gare but noisy and dirty outside.

The hotel is cheap and its location was really good, you're just next to the train station and there is a bakery directly next to the hotel. Also the personal is nice, but often can't speak english. They are really helpful. Additionally we asked for two rooms next to each other, which we got.

One of our rooms had the smell of cigarettes. Also it was not thorougly cleaned, just enough that you could stay in there without problems. At one time our toilet paper got used up, but it wasn't replaced. Some of the stuff in the hotel is not working properly, f.e. the sinks we're on the brink of clogging up.

The lady at reception was very welcoming and helpful

Simple and basic room, good for a one night stop over where no luxuries needed. Okay for price.

Room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke and had used cigarette butts under the bed.
